Anonymous, 15 May 2009u can zoom only in VGA resolutionWhy can you zoom only in VGA mode? I'm often annoyed by that. Older mobiles like K750i can zoom in other modes as well.

I bought this phone 5 months ago & not a single problem yet. Simply the best phone. It has all what I need. Very User-friendly.

Recently bought C702 (INDIA)
Low volume (both headset and phone)
My dealer (Planet M - Malad) gave 1GB card sperately even though it was mentioned on the BOX card included in package... Guys any clue about this...

when iam going to to take photo its showing ,this is not possible at this resalution, any body can help me for solve this problem?

truly im disappointing with the camera from this phone got used it from nov2008. after installed with modded cam the result is same, pic quality is far from so-called cybershot (im sony c/shot fan) & getting worse in low light mode. the autofocus very slow to focus and there many time i lose best opportunity to snap best candid moment..:P
the silver painting also getting off after use it (normal, not for sport)in 3 month.
what i like?
the music sound is fine through speaker,
bright screen & really nice shape n look tough

Very dissappointed in the new sony ericsson devices they all having software issues unit freezing,then we need to reload software clients not very happy specially when the devices are like 5days old!
guys you needs to relook at the os system or what the cause is clients dont like it when new phones act up in like the fisrt couple of days they dont understand why???????? and I can understand client frustrations

I bought my phone from K.S.A. I encountered a problem such as: my phone is hanging and shutting down on its own for several times, it tooks time during its start-up, I cannot access internet, GPRS & MMS even though I tried asking for settings from the operator. Upon clicking to install the settings, "settings not installed will come out". Please help me on how to resolve this problem..

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970hi sarin i bought c702 3 months back. The music and camera is good. The music is very similar to walkman if you have into ears speakers. The problem is , the colour of the paint(silver) is going off at the edges.
I saw this c 510 recently, its looking good and its very slim. i would suggest to go for c510.Check with the camera features.

bagus, 05 May 2009try to upgrade your software, i think this is the best way to fix your problem with the camera ;)hi i did update my software and the same thing happend but i read the sc702 post and they where right after taking some pictures the warning no picture has gone away ever since its working perfect
