I want give you a very important info about this phone (C902):
1- it have a xenon flash and you can use it when you want to capture a photo
2- it have a led flash and you can use it for Bestpic and video mode

yeah ppl read the sony ericsson's website, they said there's xenon flash. Stop rating this phone low cause you assume it doesn't have it.

nokia has better screens btw...16mill pwns any 256k screen...wow ur tft screen...if u make 16mill tft then u will beat nokias screens but until now...u gotta suffer

SE with 256k colurs its awesome! Just see s500 screen ! Its a superb !! SE with 256k colour like s500 or k770 is kick n95 16milion colour !! So imagine if SE have 16milion colours, it will be look like a BRAVIA TV !! SE ROCKS !

personally, having flash itself is already good enough for me as long as the rest of the phone's capabilities are decent. it took a while for sony ericsson to realize the stupidity of releasing good phones with no flash/autofocus, so this is a small but definite improvement. xenon is better, but not yet an industry standard, so unless you're going to be using a *phone*cam for professional work, then i'm not gonna make such a big fuss about it.

@kEiThZ U right and i'm so disappointed :((...hope sony will make a better c ore k for camera phone cuz this one don't like it...cheap futures...but a do like the style,the look..it's quite cool!

Actually, Xenon flash is useless at this stage of mobile phones. I own a K850i and always produces dark images if something beside is nearer than the taken object. Example, taking a picture of a person 1 meter away, but a glass 20 cm near placed beside, the flash will work on the glass but not the person. Which is a disadvantage for non-pro's in photo taking (HAND BLOCK ON THE FLASH WILL ALSO HAPPEN)

what do you ppl see in this phone?
256k colours only compared to 16mill on other phones
2 inch screen when u can get a 2.4 and above
mem stick only up to 2gb
and no wifi....
the only good feature is the camera.....
i dont see the point in buying a phone which is less than 2.4inches and 16mill.
and the batter on this phone it sound good...but many SE batteries drain as fast as nokias....many of my friends got SEs...and they charge it every day and the only thing they use is to call and text..

This one seems gud for me. What abt the recorded video? .3gp/.mp4? 640x480/320x240? 30/15fps? any idea on these?
New "flash" seems gud.. less on power conception, more efficient (like xenon).
Official SE site says this one got MegaBass, won't be missing the 'W' series in this one. Yes the screen size is the same, but it's ok for me. I guess they reduced the screen size to include those 8 illuminated camera touch keys.

Hey people please do not be confused, this phone has 'photo flash',it is the latest flash technology,it is more powerful and more efficient than xenon flashes.Sony Ericsson is the first one to introduce it in mobile phones,just like they did with xenon in the K800i.

It's a step backwards not to have xenon flash.

Everybody, haekon is right. Sony Ericsson for some reason don't refer to this cell phone's flash as an Xenon flash. They refer to it as a "photoflash". And websites refer to it as an LED flash. For me, it doesn't really matter as long as the flash is good. So far, it's seems that the flash is amazing.
