Pack after 2 /... moreI had exactly the same experience.I took my phone back to the shop where I had bought it and,since it was still covered by the guaranty,I convinced them to take it back and to give me a brand new phone (the same model).The new one,thankfully enough,has caused me no trouble whatsoever.

I have a Sony Ericsson C902 and is the best phone I have had.. For 2 years I never had a problem with it.. Great camera 4 photos and videos, great audio, many games of course I download them and works great. I like the fact of themes which all phones dont have.. Dont like NOKIA thats very simple not even one.. Prefer Sony Ericsson a million times more than nokia...

That problem is the software you have to change it to a new version, if there is a store close take it there I am pretty sure that they will know what to do. I have the same cell you do I havent had any problem with it but as I told you I worked there and I know about those problems...

Bulkia, 04 Jun 2010Which is better?Sony ericsson C902 or Nokia 6730 Classic?Please buy Nokia 6730, U just trust yourself in Nokia only, SE handset has a lot of problems, i Just buy this phone 1 month before, and i found that there is low quality os sound, open lens for take photo there is a lot of problems, the phone has very small disply, battery problem, phone start up problems, That's why I Suggest you only Nokia

Please help for this we are already going on second time. When I put the phone. Pack after 2 / 3 min. it says> a serious mistake. Stop charging. Stop using the phone and call the center for Sony Ericsson users. What is the problem? service last time we said that the problem is hardware, but I think the problem in the software. What i should do?

They should include a software update which include Smile Shutter and instead of QVGA video recording, VGA would be better as this phone is a cybershot phone and is focus mostly on its camera than any other thing else. The audio output from the speaker should be enhanced further like adding 3D effect to it or further widening the stereo widening effect. It's best for this phone to have at least a software update which include many changes to this medium level mobile device
