I moved from the pixon to the c902
the pixon is a sweet phone but I didnt get on with the touchscreen myself
my battery lasted quite a while but nowhere near as good as it should be
the camera on the pixon is also a real treat but being as my main use on a phone is texting it didnt really matter how good the camera was
I have a digital slr for photos that camera phones will never compare to.. ( mainly down to sensor size )
you can't cram millions of pixels into such a small sensor without decrading the image
for a crop sensor on a digital slr 6mega pixels is the max you should go and for full frame 12 is a good marker
so something as small as a camphone sensor 8 mega pixels is just a waste

This phone is really decent hey... this phone has the camera slide option which is manual, personally I'd think its better as you just need to slide up for the camera, and wham, your phone is ready to take shots and video.
Im really satisfied with this phone, just struggling to get a cover hey...

Good phone but it does tend to knock it self off occassionally, but not as bad as my previous K850i that was a regular with that model. C902 is a very good alround phone. I recommend it, but mine was free on Orange, thinking of upgrading to the Samsung Pixon, but very concerned about the battery life. Can anyone shed some light on how poor the battery life is on it, I use my fone an awful lot.

To check the version: Press > * < < * < * , where < and > are the directions on the joystick. ;)

Go Vodocom SA for not telling me the truth about this phone before signing the contract. They denied everything!

hello. im planning to buy this phone. but i've heard a lot of negative comments. is the keypads really that hard? and does it turns off all the time? i wanted a w902 but its way too expensive. i dont really care about the camera. im into music. but they realeased walkman phones that are slider. so i dont really like it. so i think this phone is better. does this phone has a good quality in music? and about the memory. can u put a 2gig mem card? coz im worried if you put 2gig the phone might be too slow

kaiser™, 05 Dec 2008well you could what i've been doing. you could just copy the sms/txt and paste it on your temp... moreyeah i tried saving it as a template but im afraid its just too tedious for me since i save A LOT of messages..same goes for saving it in drafts. i wanna go back to having a symbian phone! haha will sell this phone for a nokia 5800 possibly. thanks so much though!:)

no problems at all.. smooth as silk.. mp3s and pics are perfect..
but sometimes my pc is having a hard time reading my 8gb..

I work at a vodashop in the SA and i know that 16g m2 memory cards are not availible as yet and that the c902 can not handle a memory card bigger then a 4gig as you would find alot of software problems when a bigger m2 card is used.But i cant be sure of my facts it might work if you had the latest software please let me know if it does

Can u tell me what it mean of some icon that show on the screen, 3G, G, H? 3G it mean thrid generation, G it mean GPRS and H mean HSCSD(2G) or HSDPA(3G)?
