Sony Ericsson ready to release 12 megapixel camera phone in Q2 2009. This phone must be Cybershot family.

read the last paragraph REAL good.
with all the 3.2 inch screens now on the market 2.4 is simply not big enough for people like me who like using internet on there phone this should at least be 2.8 this seems to be the only down side to this phone as well as on sign of any stereo speakers
Lovely, 01 Oct 2008SE PPl it's been three days and no one responded of the querry that Can we play/watch Youtube ... moreyes you can watch youtube videos. and I dont know how will it cost in your country, maybe about 500 euro (in europe)
Luce, 30 Sep 2008hmph. I really like this phone, but it needs to be thinner. LG are saying less than 13.8mm.Maybe LG makes thin phones but with the exchange of the quality of the camera. Just think, SE C905 is fat but it doesn't mean it has nothing to do with its hardware.
SE PPl it's been three days and no one responded of the querry that Can we play/watch Youtube as smoothly as one can enjoy the same on Nokia e/N seriese phones pls revert back and give me th honest answer one more thing pls do mention the Launch date and price in India

Anonymous, 01 Oct 2008i'm a SE fan but i have to say SE k850 and C902 where a fail. c902 is quiet all-rounder and i ... morewell from what i have had from my hands- on, the only phone that i want more than this one is the X1, for obvious reasons.
As for availability- start looking in shops from about 15/10/08. if it isn't in then, it will only be a couple of weeks until it is.
even if this phone is thick, the rest of it's dimensions make this a nice and small phone that fits easily in your hand, and the image quality is better than what the other 8mp camera phones are showing atm.
one other feature this camera has that the ither 8mp ines don't have is auto-contrast

Dave, 30 Sep 2008@Nick, I appreciate the Sony Ericsson has been playing catchup to Nokia on a number of feature... moresee, when i go out to buy a replacement, i normally buy a phone which has more features than the previous, but this would never fit the bill would it.
and the n95 isnt a failing phone! apart from branded handsets running on crap firmware, nobody has any problems!
Hope this phone doesn't fail like the K850i and C902 have before it. Both these handsets are still being withdrawn from sale by certain networks from time to time due to their persistent problems (K850i even after 12 months since release).
why is it taking so long to make a review for this phone ??? plz gsmarena hurry up coz i cant wait anymore
Nice features only lacking on the display of TFT it should have been 16 million colours display 256K should be obslete by now..... overall attractive specs
@Nick, I appreciate the Sony Ericsson has been playing catchup to Nokia on a number of features but the build quality of the N95 appears to be very low in my experiences.
This looks like a very good replacement for those fed up with a failing N95 even if it only improves on the camera.
It could be argued that this superbly crafted device is the true successor to the outstanding K800i. It is hoped that the success of the C905 will demonstrate that Sony Ericsson continues to produce quality products as the industry moves towards ever more advanced all-round communications devices.
