nadeera, 28 Nov 2011can we put symbian os to cedar? No we cant.
Cedar works on MIDP.
If there was a smartphone os in cedar, we'couldve tried.
And we cant ever put symbian in it. Only android, as its the only open-os and can be customised. Btw android need touch screen too.

After selecting 3g/2g .Go to select network in mobile network . All available 3g networks appear in few seconds . Choose ur home network . After few seconds H ( 3g ) appears . Hope it works .

i m using for a month, i found only one problem with it..... that if i switching between 2g to 3g, to use 3g...it is not working. It wont work, untill i dont switching off this phone....m using airtel 3G...what is the problem behind that...

Ram, 28 Nov 2011hey I brought cedar but it has low so I can't hear if any call is coming.. use acousticz n also u can remove speaker dust membrane and replace it by ur own cloth to cover the speaker...

Yes cedar supports google maps ( has default v3.0 ) it supports ucweb(now v7.9) which is excellent in downloading and opera 6 for pc like web browsing and games or application with large files . I am playing angry birds with 7 mb size ( I dont have any idea of nimbuzz or fring as I have never used them)
Its of a level more than 2700 with multitasking , u can switch to opera or ibrowser or start downloading a file in background( if u have 3G sim dwnld anything is fun ) with ucweb and resuming any game while listenting songs with ur headset . I enjoy a lot with my cedar.

Part 1 : Battery is the most important part of the mobile phones as a blood circulation of these device's body .So now a days its realy very important for both the manufacturers and the users .without a long standby we can't imagine a good smartphone .most of the time we aspects 1200-1500mAh or more as a good battery .and also its required good quality with........

Cedar even play vga 640*480 videos and nhd videos 640*360
At 24fps and amazing 1.4mbps bitrate.
It even play .srt subtitles just like in pc.
