Cedar is a higherend phone in lower end level. Are you got it. It means it is one of top java fone compared to all other brands in the world. In gaming part Recent launches of zylo elm hazel and cedar all those phones has the good support for the games in .jar format. Aswell .jad
But if you wants to play the higherend games like the kindof HD games means better you go for some android mobiles especially I would recomment samsung galaxy mini, and lg optimus one personally. Both the phones will definitly will satisfied your thrust in games
.
Android is best for gaming and apps support guys. But in java we may find games but apps are very few in the black market.

Arise is also v.good try both to suit your taste . Try Audiophile after testing these two. All Are in my link so chill and enjoy downloading all at one place.

Don worry about the speaker and headset sound. Cedar is a green heart phone. So its audio drivers are designed in such a way to reduce noise pollution. But WE CAN add new ACOUSTICS (sound files) to cedar and increase the sound to unbelievable levels.

Android and dual-sim together, man thats the first i've heard.
Anyways.
Ask him does he got smart dial.
Ask him can he go online without charging the battery for atleast 1 day.
Ask him can he install apps into micro sd and phone memory without having to go through an extra app like link2sd
Those are first things that crosses my mind.
and compare Smartphone With other smartphones and not feature phones.
By the way, I still like to hear the phone model and make.
As far as I know dual-sim and android together. None exist. Please enlighten if anyone know about such a device

can anyone tell me is cedar ... morespecifications are listed on gsmarena and are 100% accurate.
.sis, .sisx are symbian only proprietary files so no mobile without a symbian O.S can run them...
hence cedar can't run them.
cedar is a very good java based phone which gives many features of a smartphone
but it is without an android or bada or blackberry os equipped phone so it is not a complete smartphone.
you get a mobile much more capable than what you pay for. customizable,handy,robust in a affordable package what else you need?

good phone, but if you are looking sound dont take, very poor sound, and camera is also not much enough.
other wise a good phone.
