AnonD-10264, 23 Sep 2011i replied about this earlier... i downloaded many mp3's about 70-90 mb using uc browser/opera... morehi prem...u r using 3g band on 2g sim....r u truly getting speed upto 1mbps??? and what plan r u using in 2g?? is it possible to use 3g band on 2g on other networks for internet usage???

I changed the time position and softkeys using the files from prem's mediafire link...where can I find the default files to revert back to the original state?

I tgot the internet settings already by txting Go to 2951, installed the se... moreyou have to download OM 6.1 handler its a modified version so it doesn't come up with a Jad file...

I tgot the internet settings already by txting Go to 2951, installed the settings , then downloaded the OM6.1; but its not working. I tried both the jad file and jar file , but theyre not working. OM6.1 is just not installing. Im using those settings when installing OM, but it says no connection to server.

Dude activate 3g network and try to manually... moreyes i tried doing that. even here its idea 3g only but i couldn't get 3g speeds. i am stuck in 2g plans only and can't activate any 3g packs unless my account goes below 50mb which seems to have a long way to go till airtel fixes their bug :-(

Dude activate 3g network and try to manually select idea 3g network from
phone settings- mobile network- select network.
May be that works.

Here in my place parur (kochi suburb)... moreI thought only I am the lucky guy who's getting free data lol :-p. And it all started the next day of inserting the sim in cedar. At first I thought it might be some internet offer then I soon discovered that its simply a bug But I could never get the opportunity of browsing in 3g speeds because it seems airtel have fixed a cap of balance below 50mb before being able to browse in 3g. and mine is around 50000 :-((. I can however make video calls but can't use 3g data plan :-(
Really wish if I could have been able to use this mountain of data in my account in 3g.

AnonD-25976, 20 Oct 2011I am not so happy with uc browser's browsing. I sometimes only use it because of its night mod... moreWell I havent changed to entire 3g mode or sim network.
Here in my place parur (kochi suburb), only docomo,bsnl and aircel got 3g.
And in my college in alwaye, there is idea3g too. Once I activated 3g in my airtel 2g sim, I was able to browse in 3g using 2g rates when in 3g zones once I select the network manually and choose idea 3g network.
But the bad thing is I cant get 3g while in home or in my town.
Besides though airtel reduced internet offers,i'm getting 2gb free every month without spending a paisa on internet recharges.
Some error with airtel I guess. Any way i'm just enjoying it until it last. B-)
