Please yb can you give me any file(IC file?) That can change my cedar's icons like the battery icon, and if you can mail it to me please guide me on where to place it using farmanager. If you haven't any ic file then atleast give me any simple tutorial to modify my icons.please yb.thanks.

The silver status ic.
Download that and put that ic in tpa/preset/system/icons.
And download the no operator logo file too.
Put that in tpa/system/layout.
Download the wallpaper.zip. Which contains some cool stuffs.
