High data transfer rates are the first priority for them when using a 3G phone... About the battery life, in my personal opinion it is the same as Naite, if not better....!
Do U have the phone? Have U tested the battery life? If not please don't be so naïve & post such silly comments.....

And the battery life is almost equal to naite.
