Naite better only for browsing area. Not for calls. Naite Battery backup also not good as for calls.
i believe Cedar will better for calls
senn@, 21 Jun 2010Now I just found one more people that expecting too much from a mid-low phone... Seems you nee... moreMany low and low/middle-end phones do have flash or flashlight (SE S312, samsung E1080, nokia 1616 etc etc), so it's only reasonable to expect it and no reason to omit it. SE can make better phones than that, so it's twice as dissappointing when they choose not to.
aother incomplete phone !! no secondary camera, only 2mp camera, screen size is small, STILL naite is better thaN CEDAR!!!
Finnaly! SE seems to launch micro USB and 3.5mm audio port instead of their old connection port. Could be too late, other producers have phones with micro USB sice 3-4 years ago :(
Anonymous, 25 Jun 2010Bala, both are correct. Talk time is about 5 hours in 3G.Pls Check the link and see the talk time
GSM Arena says Talk time "Up to 12 h 30 min (2G) / Up to 5 h (3G)"
Sony Ericsson site says Talk time "Up to 4 h 30 min. Which one is true???
if 3g and battery life is important then naite is better since it has front camera .if 3.5 jack and micro usb is important then cedar is your phone.
Anonymous, 21 Jun 2010but cedar does not have video calling feature..Cedar has a video calling feature, it has no front camera so the main camera is the one used for video calling, simultaneous face to face video calling is therefore impossible unless you're in front of a mirror, but anyways it still has that feature.
I can wait for 2 to 3 months. My aging Walkman W200 can still hold its place.
Yeah man even I'll consider this over Naite.
It tops the Naite specifications with a 3.5 Jack and VGA video recording with what is sure to be an improved UI.
Finally, a Sony Ericsson phone that conforms to industry 'standards' like:
1. microSD (instead of M2)
2. microUSB charger
3. 3.5mm audio out
I'm cancelling my Naite order for this.
I really don't care about video calling. What's important to me are 3.5mm audio jack and 30fps video. 2MP is more than enough for me. 1.3MP is enough for me. ;)
Nwaby, 19 Jun 2010how come no flash or AF, even if its a 1.3MP flash and AF makes a huge diference. I am an SE f... moreNow I just found one more people that expecting too much from a mid-low phone... Seems you need a phone like iPhone 4, HTC Desire or Nokia N97... Not this one...
