T00 much brightness is harmful for eye 50% brightness is ok ?? Cedar let u knw the battery status can s40 do it ?? Between A200 and S40 platform a200 is better at many p0ints,, its user-friendly and gorgeous ui than s40 locking keypad with security questi0n isnt apperead by se b4 se lacks in security opti0ns samsung is the best at security but i dnt like much security keypad l0ck s0metimes it may hang and can never resp0nse yes i faced with my old nokia 3110c mbl phn is mine, then why i need more security ??

X2-01's music key only for standby mode! But in cedar we can (next/back tracks) change tracks via v0lume r0cker !! Can they do it ?? X2 is little bit pricer problemable device *** their n0thing is the best but cedar has s0mething which is the best in this range ***

VIP? anyway i posted my opinion for he... morelol I have never found ANY 2G NOKIA PHONE downloading faster than Cedar's EDGE network :p EDGE Class can never be any cons when its a 3G device Dont bluff people when 5G will realese and if it may have NO EDGE and nokias dumbphones got a EDGE class 64/128 network, You r saying u r helping who is planning to buy a phn,, then why bluffing such type l0l cons on ur posts?? Its not necessary having a 2G when theres 3G
EDGE class difference !! Very lol funny and what are you saying about FM recording ?? FM recording is not very important for us Cedar is the best at ***INTERNET*** and ***JAVA***

Anyways, i'm m... moreWho want your attention! What you think about yourselt? VIP? anyway i posted my opinion for helping others. i posted both advantages and disadvantages. Those will help people to make their right choice before buy. Because every people need is different.
Answer of ur point
1. It is hard true that Cedar dnt have Security Keypad lock option. All basic nokia phone have this option. Samsung java phone gives more protection,like folder lock,sms inbox lock.
2. It connects with all Brand phone but unable to connect almost every china phone. I tested myself. It can only receive file from china device. Unable to send.
3. Battery is good when u put your display brightness bellow 60% and switch of 3G. Otherwise Battery lose its charge very quickly. And its need several charge cycle for a new Battery to complete. After buying so many new Cedarian complain about it.
4. Cedar complete patching is not possible because cedar is RED CID81. So no FM Recording will exist.
5. Same as 4
6. All nokia s40 can do it. i think u didnt understand my point.
7. well i just said that ist audio quality is good but not awesome. It dont have any dedicated audio chip. Some same price phone can produce better quality audio like old noke 5130
8. Using acoustic makes it only average from bellow average.
9. You want to say EDGE class 32 and class 10 are same??! Class 32 maximum download speed 296 kbps while class 10 speed 236kbps. Google it bu typing 'Difference between EDGE class 10 and 32' Hope will get a clear idea which one is better.
10. Plenty of device available in this price range provide dedicated Camera key or Music key or Both. Including your beloved X2.
Finally: this place is not for debate. dnt interested to argue with u anymore. If u love Cedar thn come Cedar forum regularly and help newbies. Stop convince people in X2 forum

How can you expect a full-packed smartphone facility in this price range??? Go for smartphones for video chatting via skype *** and if you want a video-call then stay here *** cedar is not a smartphone so dont tell about smartphone facilites ***

Thats why i know what are goodies and what are limitation. Cedar support video calling but its not support video Chatting. The person asked for video chatting by Skype.Read his question carefully. Skype video chatting is not supported by Cedar. dont give wrong information

prem.is.back.again, 06 Dec 2011i have starting to get clicking sounds in headset when no music is playing.... it is like cut... moretry updating, or reformatting your phone's firmware. If nothing's changed, it could be the cellphone's hardware itself. It might be grounded etc. Try and hope it helps.

Cedar supports video call through back camera. I've done it number of times with n8, xperia mini, corby pro, 6700slide, naite, galaxy ace,... Etc.

Anyways, i'm more than happy to make your points clearer.
1. It doesnt have a code to unlock feature.. No secure keypad lock.
2. Not all china phones, It connects well with many phones, esp. Few fly and lava phones.
3. Battery backup is not good?
Its excellent. I stay online in facebook for more than 30+ hours continously and there is no other phone i've seen to do that. Also while watching even 150min movies, the charge drop to just 80-75% from 95 where as most other counterparts drop to 60 and 50's left , whereas my x2 drops into 30%-35% left.
Every phone drops its charge considerably in 3g mode and you must know it.
Still cedar stays alive for 13+ hours even with 3.5G internet.
4. No fm recording.
Just yet atleast, can be worked upon by future patches or mods
5. Low quality amr. Same as above conclusion
6. No other java phone can do that, atleast I knew of. And comparatively, cedar got a long call log.
7. Excuse me. Iphone, wave2, zylo and c6-01 ?
Really relieved you didnt include iphone4s, arc, galaxys2, optimus 2x, rhyme,n9 .etc
Talk sane please, for this price, cedar got one of the best audio quality.
8. Loudspeaker perf is below average and the geeks at s.e say thats coz its green heart.unbelievable.
Anywaxs using loud packs like yendo's acoustics, anshuman v2,etc.. its boosted into 66decibels from the faint 61. You should clean your ears once a while if you didnt notice any considerable boost.
9. Apart from such class differences my x2 and cedar and one of my buddies corby pro gives same 2g download speeds when tested using same sims of docomo, airtel, bsnl and idea. I dont know how, but thats what u.c browser says.
10. D pad is hard, but dont say any samsun or nokia got any advantage over this. As price lower both these guys make all the keys too hard, atleast s.e made only the d-pad harder.
Cedar mi8 not have a music key or shutter key. But once playing music, the vol keys double as next-prev keys which is great. There is no one elsd with such a convenient novelty.

I am sorry .Cedar is not dust proof :(My beautiful Cedar's screen become filled with dust particals !(Under the screen )
But its easy for me to clear it again .But I realy worried about this for you :(
