Hey, the option ( play caller's name) isn't good in my phone, it plays the name but in a v.low sound not coming from the speakers ... Can it be as high as the ringtone so that I can hear it ???????

You can download it and install it on your phone. But I haven't tried it yet because I'm very satisfied with the performance of my phone.

Applications- It takes about 3 seconds to open an application but what I usually do is that I open the applications that I usually use and never close it anymore. I frequently have 8-10 open application and switching is such a breeze. About the messaging part, it's really the slowest application in this phone. It takes about 1.5 seconds to make messages and takes about 3 seconds to read messages but sometimes the theme used affects the speed of it but it's not really bothering atleast for me.
What I really like about the phone is the media center for example it has an auto playlist that you can't find in other phones. The music player also has a good visualization and the loud speaker is really loud. About the picture gallery, it's really great because it can handle thousands of pictures and I can actually tag pictures on the go. And haven't I told, I can edit documents too on the go. It has a capable camera too. Details are nice but sometimes it has some oil-painting effect, usually shows in low-lighting conditions. Overall I'll rate it 8.65/10 and I'm just glad that I chose this phone over Lg Cookie.

can any one tell me if the sound quality of this phone is good or not???i m consedering to get a phone in a day or 2...and i m confused btw SE k770 , SE T700 , SE c510 , and SE g700...i want to buy a phone with a good quality....can anyone help me with this info.??

i bought g700 made in china ,
in 1 month i realized that it had realy poor reception and i could'nt set the network to "GSM only"
send it back to sony and the returned a new one
the second one also made in china failed to startup after one week . I send it back to sony and they returned a new one.
the third i own now made also from china , it keeps loosing the GPRS signal .
i dont know what to say !!! can i be that unlucky ???

I just bought this phone and i couldn't be happier its great i love it. The touch screen is the best. I would give this phone 9/10 the only down fall is so apps are very slow like txts!!! Still it's the best phone for the price it is and especially for a touchscreen!!!!
