this or w705?

Aside from the Walkman 3.0 and 4GB memory stick the W705 does not have A-GPS locator. But if you are into a phone that double as an mp3 player may I suggest that you test the sound quality of these 2 phones first before you take your pick.
I've got this phone for more than a week now (mine's the all black aka majestic black)it performed as well as expected. GPS and internet browsing works good here in Manila. WiFi is a godsend for browsing the internet for free. The camera is very good. My only gripe: speaker and headphone volume could've been more louder. My K750i is a couple of notch better when it comes to sound volume. Nevertheless G705 is a good phone for a its price.
