Is there no way to eliminate the white bars in the wallpaper? In any recent models from SE I could choose a big version of a photo, for instance, and as a result, no bars...

I have already restarted my phone for many times. And also I try to update my phone through internet. But it doesn’t work. It’s annoying. Because every time I try to record video, it can’t play with the phone… Please advice…
