Hi...The specs on this phone looks pretty impressive...however would be glad to know about the battery life from someone using this phone...it'll be gr8 if u cud also share ure 1st hand opinion about the phone's performance and built.

nice phone, nice design. the camera just like normal 3mp phone. only one thing is the gps need wifi to run.

A competent range of features make this device appealing were it not for its very high price tag which puts it within £70-80 of the C905 which has all the features of the G705 plus a superior camera module. Unless the price of this device goes down it is difficult to envisage it selling in large numbers.

i agree with u, the camera is almost not existant.. in my humble opinion, stay away from G705 if u want a good cybershot camera-phone... bcos G705 is good in many ways except to be a camera fan's dream come true....

This G705 is really good looking,but I don't like the music of MP3 it's seem not louder and the music not the other of W580i or K810i, I wish that the Sony Erisson will upgrade the sound music of other style phone.

I like the phone (construction, features, menu, etc) but the battery struggles. With moderate use so far and it lasts about two days. Talk time with 3g is closer to two hours than the specified 10.

Nigredo, 10 Jan 2009Can u tell me how to setup the phone so I can use youtube and other online apps via WiFi?You need to setup up normal data accounts from your operator first,then in the settings select allow local connection and when you are connected to wifi the phone will use the wifi connection instead of your operator settings.
