Regarding about sms delay, since when you start the handset, you will realise sms are not being recieved, all I did to fix this was to send a sms to another person first and then all the sms messages started to be recieved by my handset...

Hello i'm from indonesia. Another thing about this handphone is when I received sms, it's a little bit error with the time I received sms got late 1-2 hours.

Sony Ericsson G900 is superb Multimedia device, Sound quality is great no doubt... UI is vary smooth and great 5 mp camera dats y i luv dis little but most powerfull gadget available in the market with vary reasnable and affordable.

u can install the languages, many options, and the music is really amazing, at least to me...
loud loudspeaker, quite clear, at least until the volume sign becomes red (when it is too loud), where it begins to get a bit 'dirty'..
but overall, it's damn good...
the only prob with my set is the sms typing, got a bit of error there...
I can not type continuously cause everytime I want to type space, the # sign comes out, most of the time...
other than that, everything is swell, but just don't forget to update the software...
by the way, anyone got the same prob as mine, n maybe someone know how to fix it?

I'm 30, and my fingers are not the size i had when i was a schoolboy. There is no question of getting used to it. It's faster to multitap then to correct misprints.

It's not true, you can use fingers, it needs a bit practice, but usable. For me at least. :)

the dark knight, 15 Oct 2008hi guys....i want to ask which do u think its better g900 or p1....i dnt mind the keypad...i w... morei got a p1i but after a month i sold it,if you too are driving its hard to use it for texting(coz my work uses a lot of phone even during me driving),but overall its nice and u were right coz at first keypad is hard but ul get used to it after a week of frequently using and its more sosyal than the other wifi phone,they have the almost the same specs tho so its up to u which one will fit ur taste...(",)

Nevermind the smaller screen, it has the same resolution of 240x320 but the colours are richer couse of the higher contrast. The pictures come sharper and the brightness is higher then of p1. Plus g900 has better camera and enhanced user interface. G900 has full functionable D-pad and multitap keyboard. You can use it without even touching the screen (of course only exept the option button, it's on the screen). The sticky notes are awsome! So easy and convenient to use. Deffinitely G900.

Dude, how do make an sms message? do you u... morein this phone you can use the keys. or you can use the handwriting. the phone has a handwriting recognition.
it's easy to send a message with this phone.
i'm from norway. that's why it's not that good written..

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970i had a Nokia 5310 Xpressmusic.
and it was crap. then i got the G900. it waz amazing compered. and now i'm probably getting the w960 to test that out^^
i would not bye the 5310. it sux. you can't even change songs when the keys are locked.
and i dont think the sound ql. is is not enough bass. (when headphones)
