My G900 is three days old. Has been a very good experience, until 5 minutes ago when the touchscreen stopped working. Any ideas?
hiren, 12 Aug 2008yes i work there its on sale but only on o2 The only thing is i can find the phone o other sites on O2, but just recently the g900 has gone from the comming soon page and has dissapeared. Can't find it anyware on the CW website
I heard the "made in china" phones are unreliable. Maybe that's the reason for some of the complains here.
Does anybody have a G900 that is not made in China? And if so, from where? (you can check it under the battery)
muj, 05 Aug 2008You said you just got this phone in, do you work there? and is it on sale yet?yes i work there

me wanted to know wht all is there in the box with this handset. I am planning to buy G900 this weekend.
its a first class phone!! worthed with the price tag, forget nokia if u compared it with the same price.
Just got the phone yesterday. A lovely gift from my husband. It took him wandering around three biggest cellphone markets in Jakarta before he could finally get this phone. My first comment about this phone is it has poor material quality for an expensive phone. But anything else is satisfying. I love it.

Mate i just updated my N81 to V20 and im busy using the built-in Web browser with FL3.0. This takes mobile web browsing to a new level. Im even able to do the 3D 360-degree view here on GSMArena on my N81, view lots of other great flash content and have an amazing web browsing experience, doing things that SE SMARTPHONE users ONLY WISH their 3yearold hardware powered phones could do. All this has over it is the Touchscreen and camera, otherwise even the N81 is better than the G900.
Whereve i take my phone the reception is perfect. Maybe provider had put an afford to cover all the island of Cyprus. Full bars of GSM. But never tried in a cement bunker or underground.
This phone has the best wifi connectivity. If u don't believe me,try it together with nseries or other phones with wifi. Its the fastest wifi connection in a mobile i've ever seen n i've got no idea why?!!!Gonna get 1 soon!

overall i'm very satisfied with the change.
Hi YgBH.. :)
My critics weren't about making SE G900 look like a bad phone!!!
I don't want to fall back far from technologies, that's why I update and upgrade things..
Phones are built for making and receiving calls, anything else is just virtuosity!!!
I do expect from a new model to be better than the previous one referring to the availability, assuming, that the provider had its job done: I want five bars in certain areas instead of having 2-3!!!
Besides that, a scientiest told a reporter once, that if every inventor and scientist stopped working at the same time, with the technologies they already have, we'd be just fine for the next 100 years!
I'd like to have crumbs from time to time...
