Tsepz, 12 Jul 2008Thats a lot of apps, sounds to me like you should be using a Laptop as well because i doubt mo... moreThat's exactly it! i also have a laptop, but since it's not as handy as a phone, i only use it for presentation or when im not on the go!
You can never open all of those applications with just 35 RAM! it would freeze just opening office documents at more than 1MB. I know because my co-workers tried to do what im doing!
you better talk to someone at your own level.

Anonymous, 11 Jul 2008*sigh* i use so many applications, its hard to list them one by one.
ok, ill try to list a fe... moreThats a lot of apps, sounds to me like you should be using a Laptop as well because i doubt most heavy users would eat up ALL that RAM, and be using that many apps heavily ON Multimedia devices ,there was never an arguement here the only device for you is a SE X1 OR a Laptop lol.
Can the G900 even handle h.264 VGA 29.97fps videos well? Can it view Flash8 content on a Web page? Can it be used as a Wi-Fi modem with a PSP to get 3G Data speeds when away from a Wi-Fi hotspot? Can it use EDGE services if 3G is not available? Does it have a built-in 3.5mm jack? Does it have dual speakers for great stereo seperation? The N81 has all that, plus more, yep im also done argueing because it's obvious that the N81 is better.

*sigh* i use so many applications, its hard to list them one by one.

Some necessities:
Advanced Call Manager
Auto Hang Up
Best Message storer
Fast call
Handyday
Handy Safe
Handy Expenses
Iphonelock
Primetech contacts
Magic Message Pro
SMS Diary
Few I often use but close properly:
Core Player or DivX Player

I got tired listing all of these. I'm done arguing.
For themes try www.zedge.net and try the P990, M600, W950, P1 and W960 themes if you cant find G900
It's been a week since im using this phone and i'll tell u y i simply LOVE it!
1.It is very light weight and is the slimmest 5MP camera phone in the market.not at all bulky.
2.It has a wonderful touchscreen and an awesome interface.it really looks good.
3.It has wi-fii,internet,bluetooth,fm radio,a really decent media player which plays music loud enough.what more can u ask for?
4.I have installed games, themes etc stuff on my phone n everything works perfectly.no complains watsoever.
If u want the best professional quality photos get urself a 12MP digicam..y r u looking for it in a phone?
i feel the photo quality in this phone is quite decent n satisfactory n the video recording can also b done with flash.
im very happy with the phone n recommend the phone to everybody who wants a touchscreen smartphone wit a really decent 5MP cam at a reasonable price !! :)
anup777, 10 Jul 2008got this phone two days back and its awesome...but anyone knows how to install themes into it?how to download themes on G900 :-
1.u have to get .utz theme files which can be downloaded to ur pc from any of the phone stuff download sites... most dont have themes for G900 yet but the P990,P1i,M600 etc theme files are compatible with G900...
2.use ur pc suite(that can be installed from the cd that came along with the phone) to connect your phone to the pc via a usb cable and copy the theme files to the 'other' folder in ur phone memory..
3.now access the folder from ur phone(through the file manager) after the transfer is over and click on the desired theme file...
4.when u view it..there will b an option button to 'install' the theme..click on it..n it will get installed on ur phone...
thats it!
Tsepz, 11 Jul 2008No RAM leaks just the Menu Effects taking up a load of RAM, which you can turn off. And yes f... morethats one problem that nokia can't fix, memory leak.
