It's USD600$ here in Dubai. Over expensive phone. Will wait for price drop.
Hey guys, was just about to buy the w960 online, then thought bout the camera, and what I'm looking for in a phone is either 8gb built in memory or atleast expandable memory card slot, touchscreen(most preferably half touchscreen and half tactile keys), and a 5 megapixel camera(or more)...any suggestions as to what phone I should buy? I was looking at the Samsung u900 but it didn't have enouch touchscreen for me, so ryt now its between the u900, w960i, or samsung f480, help? and if you have anyother suggestions, plz post them!
THANKS
currently the highest card is 8GB, and that works with this phone, and it probably will be able to support 16GB when it is released
What is the maximum capacity of that M2 slot? I mean, what is the highest amount of memory it supports?

Anonymous, 06 Jun 2008ya but you can't really test out the camera quality unless the store lets you upload pics onto... moreyou have to be more resourceful than that. you can send the picture that you've taken with the G900 to your own phone (thru bluetooth) then upload it to your pc!
Ps. do someone really have to tell you everything that you should do?! man!
Just saw it in the store,
the design is amazing!!!
I was going to bye the Nokia N82,
because the camera should be much better,

only because of the desing and size.
ya but you can't really test out the camera quality unless the store lets you upload pics onto a comp or something to let you see the real size

Do not trust anybodies opinion!
Go and try the G900 yourself - if it is not s... moremstl...you keep saying how bad the G900 is, when again here is the quote... 'G900 seems to be a better option as long as the camera functionality / overall functionality ratio is concerned'
and that is a ACTUAL quote. not my opinion
:)
haha, thanks for all the suggestions.
i would LOVE to try out the G900, but unfortunately it's barely in the US as it is. and the place that i would purchase it from will not let me just try the phone then return it. i need to buy it in order to try it out. =/ bummer huh?

Go and try the G900 yourself - if it is not slow for you and you like the camera etc. Buy it.
For me, it was slow, and lousy - I had waited for this phone, but the quality is so bad I would not get it or suggest to anybody.
K850 is an old phone but I think it is much better (and much less $) or something else.
