I've got G900 bought it like a month ago, i'd like to say this phone is awesome the touchscreen is working well, no problem with it , Wifi working good no problem at all, it Doesnt hang all the time like some ppl mentioned .... the camera.. i was unhappy with it from the beggining cause i had a digital camera, but now when i compared it with other Mobile cams , this cam is awesome :D, the buttons are ok, about youtube, it works well for me no need for any program to open it cause the explorer within it open videos with no problem at all, about the sound in the headset its very cool! , from the loudspeakers its loud .. not sure about clarity though
and it got some COOOL Apps like trackid , Business card scanner , and many more
the only thing i hate about this phone is there's no main keys like in g700
for menu ...other than that this phone is excellent

Ok thnx for the help on the contact..next i want to ask abt the youtube.Can this phonebrowse youtube or i have to download something to view the vids on youtube? I tried to go Youtube and it buffer untill 100% but it wont play..need some help here

hi,
does anyone knows how to setup the phone to not include the "previous sender phone number" in the forwarded SMS.
when I forward the SMS the phone number of the previous sender (someone who had sent me the SMS and now I am forwarding it to another one ) will be appeared in the SMS. I had a Nokia phone and it has an option to setup this feature.

Contact problem, 07 Jun 2009Ok..I got a contact called e.g Park Ji Sung..instead of Park comin out as the first word..Ji c... morego to your contacts and click more then you find an option for your question.. and also make sure you save it the way you want it to appear.. if you use last name be use you want it that bad

dont use its master reset. you'll have problems after.. like hanging and worst its restart often..

Contact problem, 07 Jun 2009Ok..I got a contact called e.g Park Ji Sung..instead of Park comin out as the first word..Ji c... moreOpen contact, click on more > settings > sort by, then select First name, Last name. This should solve your problem.

I am going to buy a new cell phone but i have a doubt between P1 and G900,could y... morein reply to one of friends who asked me about P1 and G900, actually I dont have the P1 , I compared these two phones before purchasing my G900 , I saw similar spec, but just larger view for P1, and also the camera was 3 Mp for P1.so I decided to buy the G900.
my concern is the speed in both phones which is slow, after one week using i see that in some cases the speed of G900 is too low and some times take time , specially for sending SMS
also in the SMS I coudlnt find the option to not include the sender phone number in the forwarded SMS, ehnever you forward the SMS you shall first delete the sender Phone number and then send it which takes time. I am ssuprprized that Sonyericsson with such options have not included such simple option in this phone and whenevr you forward the SMS the Sender phone number will be appeared in the forwerded message.
another weak point is that for answering the calls you shall push the touch screen and there is no key for answering the calls.

Knowing that it is priced PHP 21,000 in authorized sony ericsson dealers, I am worried if I have bought it with quality. It has an NTC sticker but is it true that the mobile phone quality will show it thru its 7th and 8th digit in serial number? if it is 02 or 20 it is considered as bad quality while 01 or 10 its very good quality? are you aware of it? is it true? How will i know if my G900 is best quality phone not a recon or fake one?

Ok..I got a contact called e.g Park Ji Sung..instead of Park comin out as the first word..Ji came out 1st..so the second word of my evry contact bcame the 1st and this is very inconvinient ..is there anyway to make bak the first word come out 1st?? thnx

Ree, 04 Jun 2009does anyone know if this phone has some sort of audio jack for earphones???if u mean 3.5mm audio jack, the phone does not support it. however, u can buy an interface between the output port of g900 and 3.5mm audio jack. the phone has good speaker itself and the sound quality in the handsfree is very good too.
