Is there any way to help me fixed these phone problems.
1. The phone message date is accurate when recieving and texting however the time isnt accurate. The time message sent and recieve is wrong.
2. I cannot watch a youtube video. I can log onto the site and see the video picture however when I click on the video it says buffer or loading but stay at the same spot.

you can get video streaming settings for watching videos on youtube from your network operator or from sony ericsson website.

Had a k800i before this, phone is awesome, camera not as good as the k800i but works fine.
Touchscreen is awesome, switching phone status from flight to normal is quicker as you can just touch it to save battery, post-it notes are probably the best function, if I need to remember something, post-its on standby is great.
Wifi is very fast, if you're NOT into serious smartphones and just a regular person who likes phones that have more functions than normal I'd recommend it.

Have owned the phone for some months, and though it has many cool features and good specs, the slugginess, bugginess and generally bad performance of the whole system is a main turn-off. Would not buy any UIQ phone again.

Pathetic phone. The first thing happened in the first month it was in my use was.. its black strip came off around its above 4 buttons. Picture quality not too good. 1/10
