Sony Ericsson

Sony Ericsson is expected to announce several new handsets tomorrow, but it seems the Sony Ericsson K660 just couldn't stay put. A few pictures of the early bird have already leaked. Before we get to it, rest assured that we'll still be on the lookout tomorrow, as Sony Ericsson W890 (supposedly the successor of W880) and Sony Ericsson W380 are among the expected announcements.

A quick glance at the expected specifications of the Sony Ericsson K660 shows a 262K color display with QVGA resolution and 32MB of internal memory. The memory is further expandable through the Memory Stick Micro card slot. Sony Ericsson K660 has support for all four GSM bands and features EDGE and 3G with HSDPA for fast data transfers. Unfortunately, the camera module is the same as the one on Sony Ericsson K630 - a two megapixel snapper with no autofocus. The final specs that are clear at this point are the USB slot and the Bluetooth with A2DP support. The features are packed in the rather compact dimensions of 104 x 47 x 15 mm, at a weight of 95 grams.

At this stage there is no information of the phone's availability or pricing but Sony Ericsson might shed some light on that tomorrow.
