john reymar, 13 Jan 2009my battery lasts until 2hours. what can i do???????Now I should guess what are the conditions in which your battery lasts 2 hours because you didn't mention them. There are 3 possibilities I know of:
1) You navigate on the Internet using your phone (either in the browser, either in Opera Mini, either using a chat application such as mig33). In this case, I'm afraid that's almost normal (the battery isn't natevely powerful enough...) My phone lasts 2.5 hours when I'm on the Internet.
2) The battery has ended its life span and needs to be replaced. (You know nothing lasts forever and if you used it for at least 10 months (1-2 charges a day) you should replace it)
3) If you already had your battery replaced and it lasts 2 days then try to update your phone's firmware (software).

Does "Sound recorder" record anything (Menu->Entertainment-> Sound recorder) ?
If you can record and hear what you recorded, it's a software issue. Solution:
flash your phone with the latest software.
-if it still doesn't work or the sound recorder didn't record anything, it may be a hardware issue
2) it should be sent to service, or dissasembled by a person who knows what he's doing to see if there is a problem with the microphone

I have a problem with my K700 phone when receiving calls. The caller cannot hear me (What I say) but am able to hear him or her. What might be the problem? Is it call settings or hardware problem and how can I solve the problem?
