i love the k700i... my only prob is the batt which lasts only for 2 days max... & does it have a loudspeaker for calling?

Ehh... If my eyes ain't playing tricks on me... I think the fine mode looks better =) Of course, other's opinions are acceptable as well... Maybe my pictures taking skills is really bad hehe =P

Hmm... From what the tech guy at Sony Ericsson told me... Camera version 3.9 and 3.10 doesn't have much difference... The latest firmware R2AE033 is just to fix some bugs in R2AA003 and also multiple characters search in phonebook but well... He advised me not to upgrade my firmware if I didn't encounter any bugs or problems with my current firmware so... Hmm... I didn't do anything then and still having the R2AA003 firmware =/

finally i know my current firmware....R2AA003! tnx! if i ugraded my firmware to R2AA033 what advantages i take? and what is the difference between the 2 firmware?

move the joystick of your phone to Right * Left Left * Left * and you will be able to check your firmware

Finishing my story with SE-K700i

After Owning the phone for 1 week, I went back to the shop and asked the assistant to buy it back. He bought it back. Now I have a N-6230 with enough memory for phone numbers and messages.

You will be in the menu where you can check your firmware as well as your camera version. R2AA003 is having the camera version 3.9 whereas R2AE033 is having the camera version 3.10

Hmm... I have the R2AA003 firmware and I heard that there's a new firmware R2AE033 so... Yesterday, I went to the Sony Ericsson service centre to have an upgrade of the new firmware but, the tech guy over there told me that, it's better not to upgrade or do any changes to my phone if I didn't encounter any bugs or problems with my current firmware... Hmm... Any opinion? =)

to all k700i users which pic. size do u used small(160x120), med(320x240), large(640x480) or the extended mode? which of dis 4 have a great camera pic.

In k700i, u can't set an mp3 file as ur message alert tone... Plus, 6230 has an EDGE speed (256 kbps) much faster data than w/ k700i! And oh, don't compare 6230 to a 7250i coz the latter is way behind the capabilities of 6230! Got it huh?!?!??!! Grrr!!! Are u a gurl? Coz u sound lyk one! x(

--FOR CONFUSED ONES (K700i/K500i/K508i)???--
well this is how it goes...its simple ive used both k508i&k700i so if uve got extra money go 4 k700 but if dont then buy k508. k508 is better than k500, k700i has small screen where as k508 has large but k700 quality rules over k508 because of small display size. soud of k508 is slightly louder than k700's ive bought both of them today so ill check the rest later and plz if uve got any prob do ask ill be v greatfull, believe me ive given the true pic of both sets otherwise u can check it urself but trust me imm 100% sure bye and tc
