so far for using this phone for some 4 mths, i don't face any problem with it. The battery life is rather reasonable. I manage to use it for 2 1/2 day with average call and sms. As long as u do not use the LCD that frequently, battery should not be a problem. Audio files playback is clear, LCD is excellent.

Hi brandy...to set a mp3 as a ringtone in k700i, i just go to Settings->Sounds and Alerts->Ringtone. This will list down all your sound (mp3, poly and even voice rec), just choose from there and it should work. i have k700i for a month now, its a cool phone, but yes, the battery life can be improved and my quickshare rubber thingie in front of the phone, started to drop out??? any1 face the same thing, any way to resolve this beside superglueing it back??

Had the phone now for 3 weeks. The only bad thing i can say about k700i is the battery life. It only last about a day. Also ive read in these pages, you can upgrade the phone software over internet which improves the battery life. How does this work & where can i find the site. And one last thing, how can you save mp3 as a ringtone. Ive tryed. but it wont allow it. Thanx all the way from Aussie land

Sony Ericsson K700i, is all-in-one phone... you can find anything you want in this phone, with exception with of course P900-PDA phone.

well i guess k700 in europe is really terrible (think so) look at the reviews maybe ur service providers has some compatibility issues...down here in south east asia region there's not many prob with de phone...down to the service providers i guess
