I've been using SE K700 for a couple of months already and it works good for me. It's less expensive but the qualities is at par comparable to expensive Nokia Mobile Phones.

I think it's a great phone but I have one major problem with the IrDA. I'm trying to send some files to my friend's Panasonic VS3 by the InfraRed Port but then there is some error code on the SE. If he send's me a file there is no problem. The same is when i try to send a file to Nokia 7250i. Is there any solution like upgrading the firmware or the IrDA's of the two phones SE and Panasonic are uncompatible.

It has been stated here at this Phone can take 1.3 MP, 1280x960 pixels pictures in Extended Mode.
Can anyone please tell me how, this can be achieved?

hi.i already have a Nokia 6670.it has many terrible features like the crappy mp3 player and no radio.i have a question.isi it worthed to trade my nokia with a SE k700? i like the superb sound of the SE and the radio, wich can be very usefull sometimes.plz answer me as fast as you can, cause i need to know before i make any mistakes....thanks alot

dis fone sik best fone ive liked frm n70,6680,6630,ngage,6610....
i loved this fone...until the keypad messd up and became un responsive i herd dis is a common problem if u use the fone a lot like me and memory is kinda rubbish but main 2 problems are memory nd mainly change the keypad to the w55oi keypad overfall dis fone wickedddd

Dear Sir/madam;
ur mobile sony ericson k700,is very beautiful set.i think it is the best of all.but the only thing that i dont like is its keypad is not comformatable,the keys r too compaq,further the thumb line which v use for selection, i m mean that ball type thing with the keypad with the help of which v can move her n there.is not good.please reomove that thing n introduce any other good button type thing. thats all

STRAP can be fit inside the back battery cover.what u hv to do is to remove the back cover and see near the charging points.u will see that there is a U shaped hole.Just fit your strap band over there and slide back the cover.Thats it.
AS FAR AS feature are concerned which people want in this phone, they should understand that " THE MORE SUGAR YOU WILL POUR FOR PUDDING , THE SWEETER IT WOULD BE."
SO , people should think about the sum of money,they have invested into the phone.i bet that this is impossible to get that type of phone at that price from any company with respect to Beauty , Body , Features etc.

Got me a K700i sometime back. Great Value for Money. The battery is not all that baad too. There is an issue with the location of the Loudspeaker activation button (takes 3 secs AFTER receiving the call to find out and activate), and where is the strap supposed to fit into?
On the whole a good instrument needs the following improvements:
a)External Memory Card
b)Changeable Covers
c) Changeable SMS Alert Tone (The factory fitted tone cannot be changed !!)
Much better than a comparable NOKIA

Most of the brand new phones in our office are k700s, thanks to JP who's very good at advertising the features of the phone. I just hope the owners would learn how to use them. Sayang kasi...

Dis phone is probably one of d best phones i know.I think it's d cheapest phone dat has virtually everything.D only snag is d battery life and d joystick(which could be a great headache).Its mp3 is wonderful & its resolution is just rite.It's good value for ur money.

What can I say, This phone's superb in all aspects, there's 1 draw back though, memory's too small, otherwise SUPER, perfect for your tight budget.

had this fone before my n70, gd fone 4 the money, its even better than the L7 considering the spec to money ratio. anyway good chouice if u want it
