Hai Guys.,
Recently I have got K700i phone.... my overall rating is very very good. It has a good resolution display and camera too. We take photographs a maximum of 1280 X 966 resolution, so it is very good.But it has limited memory (40Mb) this memory is not enough if u r music lover, radio quality is also good. out door photo quality is very good when compare with indoor photos.

Sony Ericsson sucks! Nokia & Samsung - leaders!LOL! Sony and Ericsson couldn't make a good phone individually so they united, and made poor phones under the same name.Sony Ericsson will never be the leader of this market as long as Nokia and Samsung exist.K700i is proof of the poor quality that Sony Ericsson provides people with.

i don't think that battery is a problem. you just have to charge it correctly the first time and it will last for days. this elegant device needs proper usage and maintenace to achieve its full potential.

the k700i costs about 200$ i have now nokia 3510i which was a gift but now i want to buy a phone in a good price so i found this whats the problems that i may face (i dont care about the camera) and can i play wave files on it?

Markus the K700i is better than the 6230i, well to me it is anyway, but your right about the prices...whilst the 6230i is is £150 the K700i stands at £80...big difference, so Angle get your facts straihgt their prices cannot be compared!

you can't compare fones if the price are not the same. 6230i may be better than k700, but you get enough value with k700 because its cheaper. besides, the two are incomparable.

And btw Matthew, learn to accept critiques from other because nothing in this world is perfect, which is the k700i fone.. Sony is just taking ppl money away.. Providing the problems such as poor battery life and limited storage space so that ppl will buy th k750i after sometime.. Smart move isn't it and very logical..

This is just a normal fone.. I mean most fones is having the same features or even better than this one due to competition.. And the biggest bug ever is the battery life.. Its really draining quickly.. Avoid this fone.. Matthew, know your role and do the right thing man.. No fones is perfect.. And most ppl will not use this fone as a seperate mp3 player so stop joking man saying its good enough for a fone.. Like the nokia 6230 or even better 6230i, it have the mmc expansion feature ideal for copying several mp3, its better than the k700i for that and the other feature will match evenly.. But the k700i camera does take good pics during daylight but latest firmware will create a sound.. Therefore is an annoying fone.. And this fone price is equivalent to 6230i that have a real mp camera.. So why why money on this fone?? And Matthew, do me a favor by writing proper english next time u post stg.. thanks a lot dude.. good day..

Hey guys :-) i use Nokia 7200 before, then switch to K700i bcos i found this phone awesome. It was a bit boring for the first time but after i transfer mp3 song to the phone, the sound is very tremendous. This phone is funky! As long as it has transfering system via IR Bluetooth etc, memory capacity doesnt bother me at all.

Well Becky on the vodafone network am not to sure abou that sound of the camera (as in not sure it can be turned off) but on other networks just change the profile to silent to take a silent picture.
The 41mb space is small but it is still alright, without a file compressor you can fit 5-8 Mp3's (good enough seeing as its a phone, the video caprtue can record for as long as the memory takes (so thats a plus) the radio is good, although you need that headset to get reception), the bluetooth is fast ans easy to use, the infra-red is fast and easy to use, the buttons are easy and no water can get into them, the phone is light and small and it has 3d games!

Pathetic camera! I will never trust Sony!! If anyone support this fone, i will feel sorry for them!

the camera isnt thats bad compare to nokia 6600 you guys dont just compare this phone to 1.3 or 2.0 phone!!!
i think this is the best camera with 0.3 in outdoor
but in indoor this camera suck
nokia 6600 indoor and outdoor also suck !!!
becoz the picture taken by 6600 are very shallow not like sony phone

Becky I wouldn't say the camera quality is "Really" bad it's just theres alot of room for improvements! Adjust it well and use it on the right, bright days and i assure you good pictures will come out, so just get the phone and see for yourself, because just because i like the phone dosen't mean you'll like it, and just because Cena wants the phone permenantly destroyed (LOL) dosen't mean the phone is actually bad, therefore you need to use the phone yourself!

I already replied to that message (they must have deleted it) anyways "Cena" the question is how can anybody not know this phone has got a USB Port every phone in the world (apart from those really early ones) have them...and it's just dumb to say people won't know it exists!
The program of the MP3 compressor dosen't need to be told because this is mine (don't mean to be stingy) just go on google and type in "MP3 COMPRESSOR" i guarentee you will find one suitable (it just might take some time to get used to)!
So whos posting crap now?
Next the USB Port i am talking aout actually charges the phone whilst your sending your favourite MP3's, videos, ringtones, pictures, games whatever!
So "Cena" what do you have to say now?
