Hi,,, zeetbear here....Anyone who wanna update Firmware___
K750i Update Firmware Step by Step___
1)Warning! updating your phone is very risky....wanna go further then___
2)Install Macromedia Flash Player & Shockwave player 1st.
3)If you have installed windowblinds software, you have to first time uninstall it. This Windows skin is blocking comunication SEUS II with Macromedia Flash Player.
Before update MAKE SURE YOUR BATTERY IS "100%" CHARGED___
4)Your firmware will be updated through the Sony Ericsson Update Service II (SEUS II). In order to use SEUS you will need to have internet access (preferably Broadband) and attach your phone to your PC via the supplied USB cable___
5)Before installing SEUS you will need to download and install the following drivers:

6)Installation instructions______
a. Download the file to a temporary folder on your PC.
b. Run the downloaded file, and follow the instructions that appear.
Note! If you are using deskstand DSS-25, please go to step 6
c. If you are using a DCU-60 USB cable an installation of the USB Flash driver will automatically start while running the application.
d. The Found New Hardware wizard will start. Follow the instructions to install the USB Flash driver.
e. After the installation restart Update Service.
f. When installation is completed, please restart the computer.
How to use_________
1. Double-click on the Update Service icon on the desktop.
2. The first time Update Service is launched, the application accesses the internet to download content that is needed to be able to run the service. This may take several minutes, depending on the internet connection speed.
3. Choose your preferred language and follow the instructions that appear.
Notes & problems
Install Macromedia Flash Player using Internet Explorer.
If you have Application Error Message Incompatible Macromedia Version
than follow this instructions:
1. Open Internet Explorer (it must be opened only in Internet Explorer)
2. In IE open this adress: Flash Player Download Center
3. Click the button "Download Now" and follow the instructions
4. After sucssesfull instalation restart Internet Explorer and open in IE this adress: Test Macromedia Shockwave & Flash Players
5. When you see the animation in fold About “Version 8,0,22,0 installed successfully” playing below the Macromedia Flash Player, then your installation was successful.
6. Now you can shut down Internet Explorer and turn on the SEUS again without any error message.
The first time you start Update Service about 2 MB will be downloaded to your PC.
The software updates for the phones are 10-65 MB depending on phonemodel. The update is downloaded when you run the application.

What I have to do to update my firmware??
I did the Update Service, from Sony Ericsson site and it sayed that my Software is recent...please, how can I get the new firmware??

you wanna know about this command > * < < * < * Dear if this command gives you information about phone...any kind... you got the right phone___ok___ K750i supports upto 4Gb memory card without any problem,,, but with the latest FIRMWARE(R1DB001) not with OLD Version___takecare

I think i'll buy it soon and try to be extra carefull with the joystick (so far it's the only drawback I can find in this phone)

FIX: Position bug fixed. Position after deleting pictures, in full screen mode, is now correctly on the next picture___
Greatly improved reception (Including Fm signal)___
Fix bug found in previous Sony Ericsson K750i firmwares, resulting in smoother, quicker menus and more stable performance___
FIX: The Animated menu items bug for Themes is mostly resolved. After applying a theme with an animated menu, we still need to go to the Settings or Calls menu to start the animation, but it will not disappear again after this___
Increased Camera software version ___ LCD V0 Camera V5.3___ Photo and Video quality improved, however, Auto-focus when taken a picture is much faster(in 2 sec)___
Use handsfree with "Mega Bass" feature on, You will notice that the Bass is improved___
Updated to R1DB001 was to solve a problem with " Bluetooth connectivity "____takecare......

yeah u can replace the message alert tone to mp3 or amr format file...about the joystick it's up to you how you used it..i suggest that you always clean with the rounded part of the joystick..

yes i have tried the bluetooth dongle2.0 and it works fine
but the speed is average
but still GOOD
