In pakistan, a brand new K750i is available for US$191...u can get a used one for around US$130-140 depending upon the condition of the phone...

Dear friens
Each 20 secs there would be a beep sound while recording calls. If anybody knows how to mute this sound please tell me.

I found out from a friend that its not possible to use a 4gig card. If you do, the phone stops or hangs. Too bad :( . Good thing our cards are hot swappable.

Besides the fact that W810i is $64 more than K750i, for the average budget-conscious consumer like me, i'll still go for the latter. For me, these two don't differ much, more so to make a big impact on the consumer. Feature-wise only, ok?
The only alure W810i over K750i is the WALKMAN PHONE badge and design scheme. Sony Ericsson's marketing team really nailed it with this kind of branding technique. Making it more savvy and sexy to the eyes. The price though is a big issue. If you compare Z530 against W300i, the only difference is the latter has improved screen quality (TFT256k) and a radio. But its price difference is roughly $38.
BTW, how much does the K750i cost in other countries? Here in the Philippines its 10k or roughly $200. W810i cost P13,200/$264.

hi deltar i saw ur opinion about sony k750i. i bought a mobile. but i just want to know how could we upgrade this to w800i and if we do tht wat would be the result. will there be any change in sound effect like mega bass and manythings or same as now.. can u pls reply me . i am waiting for ur reply.

This is a great phone. I was trying my luck with a SE Z610 clamshell but the price is too much for my budget. I got this phone 2nd hand roughly 6 months used at P8,000 ($160) complete package with a 256mb card.
All is said about its remarkable image quality and features for its price range. This phone will definitely last me for a long time. Unless another phone steals its throne.
I am beggining to use much of the sync-to-pc and vice-versa feature. Its much faster and way better to input large amounts of contacts by PC than typing it manually on the K750i. I found out that the K750i's phonebook syncs with the ADDRESS BOOK of Microsoft Office. It also lets you include additional info like notes for a given contact. Cool!

You can switch to silent mode. Then the camera sounds disappear.
