Just search for 3GP converter in Google or soemthing to find one!
The K750 has the best camera out along with the Nokia N90 which is the same but is jsut a little clearer as it has Carlz Zeises lenses but not much difference and it is a rubbish phone actualy I think now! Only beats this K750 over Symbian, 3G/UTMS, video call and Edge and a proper smart phone! Apart from that the K750 is a much better if you want it for listning to music in headphones as loudspeaker isn't so good, it is great and camera is the best! But I would get the W800 as it has same camera, same everything but comes with a 512MB memory card, wireless bluetooth headphones and has flight mode so you can view the gallery, take pictures and listen to music while the phone is off and can use it on the plane as it is off and doesn't effect the plane! As the K750 dosn't have flight mode, only comes with standard non wireless bluetooth headphones and only a 64MB memory card!
The phone in Novemeber to December will be upgraded to a 2GB compacity which i think all you would have to do is upgrade the firmware but will also feature a CCD sensor for much less noise for the camera as it has a CMOPS sensor but has a lot of noise in lwo light condidtions and not so clear images but hardly uses any battery life where as the CCD sensor will use a lot more and the CMOS sensor is smaller but you don't see that! But for picture quality the CCD sensor will be better but not as good battery life and will only be able to get a CCD sensor when they release the new K750 in November to Decmeber!
can anyone let me know from where i download .3gp and mp4 converter plz
can someone please tell me about the quality of photos and the ringing loudness and about the speed of the OS loaded
The video on the phone is quite good, but quit small, but like all the other video phones really but is good! It will record until the memory runs out so it could be anything but if you had no used memory at all used and recorded it could last maybe 3hrs or more! As it goes on memory card too!
Edge is realy good but don't always need it as the GPRS is still good and fine so unless you are a real internet phone freak and do lots on it all the time it isn't much of a miss!
Looking at upgrading from a Nokia 6600 to the SE k750.
Does anyone know if the video recording is better and how long can you record for??
Is the missing edge, broadband facility a big miss or is the internet conn not too bad?
Has anyone had any major problems??
You ahve to hold the camera or get the object or person to keep still really as it lagd and doesn't takew the pciture striaght away, as it will show what you have taken and when it comes to the final pic where it says dicard of save and the person moved it will get the pic of the person jsut moving!
No Edge or UMTS/3G which is downside but great phone otherwise oh and no Symbian but great phone!
hi jst b8 k750i 2dy...this iz great phone wth a lots of features...i really love it
I have heard the camera doesn't look good on the phone because of the poor pixels on the screen. Is this true?
Jeff: Can't lose the Network op. on a SE! sucks, coz my S55 let me do that! O well...can't win 'em all.
Can someone please advise how I can get rid of the network operator logo?
I rember Samsung has such function and nokias can get rid off it with third party prog, but have not heard of it been possible in SE...
Yes it can play Mepg4 but doesn't record in that format, just 3GP. If you compressed it, it depends how much you compressed it and looses it's quality but compressing won't make it lag, just make the quality worse like on a pc!
Can anybody tell if if the k750 plays mpeg4 and will it lag if I compress a movie file on a 1gb card? thanxs for yor time
The quality of the MP3 player is amazing with headphones but listning with the loudspeaker is quite quiet along when you do handsfee on phone calls too and isn't best sound quality but yeah it is good!
W800 is best to get if you want it like an Ipod! Comes with bluetooth wirelsss headphones and the K750 only comes with standard non bluetooth wireless headphones, 512MB memory stick pro duo card instead of a 64MB one that comes with the K750 and the W800 has flight mode so you cna listen to it and take photo's while on the plane as the phone will be off and can still access the gallery, camera and MP3 player and the phone will not interfier with the plane which the K750 doesn't have!
Oh thanks for that RT m8, much appreciated!
To see what firmware SE phones have, do: *, left, left, *, left, * But I just got a new T610 as my joystick broke on my other one and the broken one was on T-mobile and was locked to that metwork so I unlocked it and used my 02 simcard and the code to check the firmware worked! I got my new T610 for free but was locked to Vodafone, so I unlocked it and out my 02 simcard in and tried the code and doesn't work, no code works to check it lol! If anyone knows a code for it for Vodafone, please tell me! I ahte Vodafone firmware, it gets rid of the "more" button and can only use the "C" button and on that can only lock the keypad and turn on/off silent and changed all loads of other things on the menu's and changed all the icons! Where as T-mobile only changed icons and some menu's for their services! 02 is best normaly as it has no logo on the bottom of the phone and marked in anyway! And the firmware doesn't change anything normally, I think they just got it all wrong for this phone! Although with T-mobile locked netowrk phones, they have a marking on the bottom of the phone and managed to scratch it off lol! But on Vodafone's version of the T610, they put a marking on the back cover which I managed to scratch off but the one on the bottom front of the phone was embossed in to the plastic! I ahte Vodafone and all the phones that are locked with them are so much more expensive than all the other networks! Only a few things that are good when your on their network but hate Vodafone!
I guess it blocks the symbols!!
OK, one more try- to check for FW version, :
right, star, left, left, star, star, left.
That should work! (lft/rgt are joystick motions)
