i changed my k750i to w800. just gained 1 you can start your music player with play/pause button without head phone but keyboard must be unlocked
2 sound of loud speaker improved not much notice able
things lost..
w800 is slow it hangs very easily.
and you will lord your short cut key because walkman starts from it and it is also slow..
recomended not to change

this phone is great.. ..very great.. ..high pic quality and friendly user.. ..but i hv this problem with the beteri.. ..its a new beteri and i need to charge it like everyday.. ..even when the phone is off but the beteri still will go low.. ..whats the problem?the beteri or the phone?

To rumi.....Although this phone is superb,but having choice for getting a better one in terms of features, I would suggest Nokia E51 which is feature rich.

To use camera first of all you have to open the lid which closes the camera lens

Had the phone for a coupleof years. Perfect receiption and signal even in poor strength areas. Probably the best phone that Sony have produced. Would agrre with other comments that there is no locking privacy for records. But doesn't that go with all Sony's .Perhaps they should look into this. It's pretty basic stuff. Would recommend this o ne to anyone above competitors and models with so called more advanced features. Do you want a phone in your pocket or a computer. the choice is yours.

This Phone rocks !! i got it in 2006...its still up and running smoothly...does not take time to open files and folders. Music quality is superb, and it will be better if you use the W series in-ear headset. The camera is an icing on the cake. with 2 mp it can give the Nokia N series a run for their money. The quality, colors and focus is just too good !!

I got this phone second hand from an auction. A really nice phone, no probs at all. With a 2G card, I can use it like an MP3 player, with great sound quality, and the 2mpx camera is ok (good thing it has autofocus). Nice & compact too, very good battery.
only thing I miss: A 3.5mm jack for stereo headphones (have to use an adapter)
