this phone works great 4 me until one day the games on it just stopped working and when i try to access it it says "Operation Failed"
what a lovely person u are..
what a nice spirit u have..
i wish u happy days & nice time thank u for replying me
i will go with ur advice..
when you use the mp3 player of your k800 at the left side you can see play/stop menu and at the right you can see "more". press more and you'll see settings,file, and minimize.press settings and you'll see play mode,equalizer, and stereo widening.press equalizer then you can see "preset".by selecting preset you can manually change the sound settings with your desired sound quality and volume.
Tks 4 the reply.How do u actually adjust the sound settings?Anyone?Tks.
Among 3G phones with the same specs, this is probably the best value.
You don't need those symbian stuffs to do smart things a cellphone could do. K800i is all u need. Everything works fine with this phone, YahooGo, Gmail, RSS Feed, music player, camera. For amazing browsing experience, simply add Opera browser, and ur K800i will surely compete those expensive symbian based phones.
For this specs' market segment, who needs mobile office anyway? i also doubt that u guys use PTT in ur phone menu.
@samson: hello... have u ever heard audio converter? basically this kinda thing, including video type is no longer problem these days..
Probably what we only have is the volume settings in the mp3 player.
@Please help me
FYI friend the sim card and the fone should be registered both for GPRS that's the reason why GPRS on your new K800i did not work when you put your old sim card.again,im gonna remind you that GPRS browsing is not a free service so you should have sufficient balance when your going to use it.
Tell the operator you upgraded your fone and would like to have another GPRS settings.you said you already did that.there are possibilities that the operator misunderstood you and sent you the wrong settings or he/she misunderstood that you upgraded your fone and as result GPRS on your fone is not working.
Final suggestion is to visit one of your networks' business center and ask for assistance in manual activation.
Is there a way to adjust the settings of the sound system so that the music will be better thru the loudspeaker?Anyone?Thanks.
yes i manualy set them but i already have GPRS i.e. previously i had nokia & i was able to use GPRS thru its browser & when i purchased k800 & put my sim card in it couldnt get the net access & when i call my network operator they sent me the GPRS service is already activated so that is what made me confused.. so my friend what's ur suggestions now?
This phone is really great, its camera is great in still pictures only but not good in video. I had problem with my joystick because of my friends who don't know how to use it properly. But I must say that this phone is one of the best phone, everything is cool.
@Please help me
what do you mean when you said "i did the setting"?? do you mean you manually set it??
i advise that you delete those setting and call your network providers' hotline and ask them to send you the settings of k800 for mms,gprs ,and 3G. once you recieve the setting just save it and all of those 3 will be activated.and one more thing, you should have sufficient balance when you use those services so ask all the infos you need when you call the hotline.
K800i has 3G for video calling which is actually the purpose of the secondary camera at the front of it but unlike K790 it doesnt have EDGE.
Please tell me why i cant get net access in my k800i i have GPRS & i did the setting including the profiles & access point but still show connection failure this problem got me crazy.. Any one help me & i swear i 'll be grateful for the rest of my life please give me ur attention & dont ignore me.. Thanks in advance
the buttons on the side are for volume control only when you are doing something that requires them to be.. example: talking on the phone, playing music/video
