You can getthe cheapest phone in the North Pole. Is that where u live ?

@ whoeva this fone isnt that expensive
ofcourse it isnt 10k!!!!
u cn purchase 1 brand new from around 150 pound i think and a second hand 1 from around 110 :)
K800, I've had a bit of time with the N80, i dont like it at all, it froze alot.
Yes it takes a 2GB M2
K790 doesn't have 3G i think thats it.
Dust hasn't affected my joystick, it works like it did when i got it.
I m nokia lover just for change shifted k800 i m amazed at fast interface and cam results spare a thought for video for anyone try using opera mini on n95 and k800 i dont know but i think nokia bluffs about their resolutions just look at low end cells nokia resolutions sucks
anybody know the difference between the K790 and the K800??????????????
I just got the k800i and it's magic. Love the camera, and general OS. I love the fact that you can run many applications at once.
The only problem I have is the security feature. Whats up with that. Why is there no privacy featute with such an expensive phone??? Any Suggestions
the only thing stopping me from getting it is the joystick. i had the k750i and dust screwed up the joystick...so a quick question for those who've had the k800i for around a year: does the joystick die after awhile like the k750i?
Hello i jus thought i would let u kno that u do not need to install i tunes to compress songs u cn go onto download.com n type in MMConvert and dwonload that program it does the trick and is quic ive beeusing it 4 years!!!howeveri must strs the point that u should not compress mre than 64 bit rate for a fone because 64 is decent for a fone but anymore and the sound quality is terrible...If ur still trying to decide on whether to get a k800i i posted this comment wen i 1st purchased my fone.....ok the k800 is an excellent fone however u only really think it is excellent if u have not had any other sony ericsson model above, and including the k750i..although the k800 is a excellent fone you will be extremely disapointed if u have had any of the previous models. Because you cannot do basic things such as on the previous sony ericssons you ccould use the flash as a light without having to use the camera u cannot do this on this fone. Also sound play back is poor it is nowhere as near as good as the other sony ericssons even the ones without the walkman feature! The fone in general is a good fone, as i said b4,but i would not chose it over any of the previous models(down 2 the k750i) as the onli advantage this fone has is a better camera.I believe that sony ericsson now needs to produce a walkman fone with a 3 megapixel camera!
~MSRn~ depends on ur taste. if u just like multimedia fone, go for k800 since the camera and sound is better than n73. but if u want a maximum function, go with n73 since u can put variety of software into it. TQ
To be able to put more mp3s in your phone here's what you do.
Download iTunes. It's free. Install it (of course) on your computer. Follow it's installation instructions. When you're done with all that open the program.
On the menu, click "Edit" then "Preferences". On the tabs click "Advanced" then "Importing".
On the "Import Using" dropdown menu choose MP3 Encoder. Then, just below that is the Setting dropdown menu. Choose Custom. There are four dropdown menus.
Stereo Bit Rate
I suggest 64 kbps. Going lower than that, the sound will start to get noticeably degraded. Even at 56 kbps you will notice cracks and hisses on the sound quality.
Leave this on Auto.
Choose Auto or Stereo. But if you really wanna decrease the file size choose Mono. Doing this will make the file 1/4 of its original size since 64 kbps on Stereo will actually be 32 kbps on Mono. I've tried this setting and there are songs which do fine with it but most songs will really sound crackly and transistor-radio-like-with-bad-reception i couldn't stand listening to even 5 seconds of it. So i suggest, if you're really pressed for space and wanna save as much as you can play with these settings and decide which is best for you.
If you chose Auto or Stereo on the Channels setting, this setting can be changed. I suggest Joint Stereo. But if you chose mono this setting will be disabled.
Below these four dropdown menus there are two other settings that have tickboxes. I suggest ticking both. I tried encoding with the two setiings on and off and there's really no sound quality and file size difference. But tick both boxes anyway. Just for fun =)
When you're done just click OK then start dragging and dropping MP3 files to the list. When you're done, click Edit on the Menu then choose Select All. Then, click Advanced on the Menu and select "Convert Selection to MP3".
I really hope this would help. I tried to make this as thorough as possible but, just in case you still can't do it, e-mail me and i'd try my best to help you.
hi there thx 4 ya reply....anyway i would like to know the software's name actually...for my concern video clip is not important...i wanna to compress the mp3 tracks to lower mb...and 4 ur information once again i've seen ppl done that..they compress the mp3 song which is original length 4.3mb and compressed it to 1.6mb..but the thing is i lost contact with d person tats y could not get the name of the software.....the song's quality also is not changed after compressed...it's remains....i think u've never seen ppl done or hear about it b4....nothing is impossible...get to know 1st...:)
I think u should gain more information about video compressing and mp3 encoding.
its not possible to compress a video file to 1 mb which is not shorter than 5 minutes in lenght. because normally the leghth of a track is 5 minutes. if u compress lower than 5 mb the quality of the video will be rubbissss.....
if u want to know more information about autofocus or anything else about a sonyericsson set please visit www.sonyericsson.com.
The 3g second video camera is only with k800.That is the difference
I have that limited edition of K800 Casino Royale Silver and i'm loving it, way better that n73 but hope that SE could come up w/ a software upgrade for K800 to shoot video in mp4 format w/ 30fps at a maximum resolution...pls SE hear my plea...
