K850I FOR LIFE DAN
N82 BLACK RIP OFF SCAM NICE 1 NOKIA ;)
I have tried Sony Ericsson hpm-64 and I think it's better than the bundled headset for walkman phones, well in terms of sound quality.
Excuse me, but I'll be sneaking in between Dani and Nick - if you two don't mind... ^_^
Have you noticed that SE is actually an introvert or "selfish" in terms of external devices? M2, fastport, data cable etc.
That is part of SE's principles, or their "closed door" policy.
They want their own devices used, probably because Sony produces it's own line of technological solutions. It is only recently that they surrendered to the need of microSD support, but because their M2 offers data speed, they (I guess) will never give it up entirely.
The Fastport which opts you to use without any choice is for ergonomics function, so that you will only have one access to the phone, avoid looking for holes and make the phone "neat" at the sides.
The Walkman headset SE is producing actually has some magic in it ^_^ It converts low frequency sounds (such as heavy bass) into physical vibrations, and with its slug-tight earpiece, the vibrations doesn't escape your ears, so that you could actually "feel" the beat. That is also why they created the "Megabass" equalizer profile (it creates a dome of boom inside your ear).
Enough said... ^_^
when they break..you have to pay SE AGAIN.
and walkman headphones are hardly the best in the world are they.
A decent pair of headphones dont come with sony erricson port connections do they...they come with a 3.5mm jack connection.
SE Walkman Earphones are too gooooooooood to give up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
All you Sony ericsson fans your new set of mobiles will announce on Friday The G700 an G900 an the succesor to the K850i will be announced at the Barclona Mobile Festival go on to www.mobile-review.com if you want to see the news,so lets wait an see what Sony Ericsson is going to be releasing soon
are u joking dani?
i use some of my in ear headphones i bought a while ago (you know, becuase im not restricted to nokia headphones, i can actually use my own) and i have to say the sound quality is fantastic on the N95. I dont know WHAT ur talking about. I admit the se quality is good, but i cant say its any better than the nokia's.
so thats a load of rubbish dani.
i like having 3 different connectors. Id rather use my own headphones wouldnt you?
going back to Walkman 2.0/3.0
they beat any Nokia Music Player in terms of BASS, Sound Quality, and Software
so dont say Nokia is better iv seen it for myself XpressMusic is nower close to SE Walkman Phones
my W850i kills 5300's and 5610's N95's @@$$$ up side down side to side
W850i kills them
thats becuase SE have the *Fast Port* Connector which is soo much more easier!
it holds the Charger slot, Headset slot, Usb slot
Nokia have 3 slots seperate on the phones..like the 6300
SE has all them in the 1 Fast Port connector!!
makes life so much easier in 1
why not have it built in
its a music phone isnt it? well the walkmans are anyway and they should at least have them built in.
the ipod does and its a music player, so so should any W-series phone!
its just inpractical having an adapter. also why cant they just put one in! its not hard!
no-ones ever broken their headphone jack before...ever. apparently a guy did once in australlia but i think hes lying.
and the ps3 point is just so irrelevant im not even goign to comment on it.
i suppose ipods and zens should all come with adapters then?
