WoQQ, if N82 already exist, then it should be up on one of those nokia phone list. Please do not talk nonsense.
WhrU, How many years have nokia been in mobile phone industrie? they got probably around 17 years by now. How many years is SE? they are just a mere 5 years? And they already make it to top 20? that's a wow!
You say today Nokia introduces mobile TV?
SE already have mobile TV since last year in japan. Have you seen W44S?
Hey the nameless wonder says that Nokia N91 beats walkman phones in music. Show me the proof
n82 exist already. and if u want a phone for not the features. just buy a cheap one. your paying for all the specs anyways. id rather buy an n95 for all the specs of equivalent to a digican, camcorder video player, an ipod and a computer thats all in one package. too bad k850 lack of useful features. like wifi, internet calls and gps. the videos poorer too and the screen is only 256k.
if you want a great cam...buy a digicam
if you want a great music player...buy an ipod
if you want a great video cam...buy a dvd camcorder
if these cellular companies merge all the best functions in one phone...the price would be very, very high and thus not affordable.
despite all negative opinions by others, i am still a sony ericsson fan (currently using a james bond special edition k800i - silver).
in our country, SE phones have a slower depreciation rate versus nokia phones.
N73 only has 2.0 BT (no a2dp), no accellerometre, no xenon flash, is too big, no quality earphones, no 3.5G capabilities and the keypad is too unergonomic.
Don't talk about the N82, because right now, it's non-exsistant. For all it could be just a nokia-fanboy's hard effort dream.
N95, loses hands down for me, even though it's rich in included features. But it's size, battery problem and thin top slider profile makes it unreliable for me as I'm always whipping out my phone (sometimes literally) on the move, and during moves too. I can't be burdened with something i have to charge every 6 hours if I'm going to listen to music, watch videos, make vidcalls, text and surf the internet, sometimes two at a time.
Plus, you just can't argue with the quality of Sony, even if both phones are made of plastic. Sony gives you more bang for your buck while Nokia's have shells that break when you drop them.
To me, nokias are wooden ladels while SEs are metal spatulas.
Ok, so then if the K850 doesn't have the Music Shaker profile within it's accellerometre, then what about landscape menu viewing? Anyone know if it's possible?
(Sorry, the vid-reviews I've seen so far haven't shown that aspect of the phone, yet)
lolx n95 has better pix than this phone i think. ive had a pic that beats pix taken from a 5mp digicam too. n95 really has good pix n even in video. h264 video codec plays great too! i love my n95.=) sorry k850 i dont like the looks n features.
When it comes to taking pictures k850 is slightly better than nokia n95 but in video recording it is much behind.nokia n91 has beaten walkman in sound quality and soon nseries will overtake sony in picture department.
Hey, i just wanna find out if anyone knows if I'll be able to buy a quadband K850, to use in USA.
And roughly how much wil the phone be??
theres no doubt why sony ericson cannot comptete globally. first, nokia is very innovative and se will follow.
did you know that nokia is on top 5 global brands. coca cola is no 1 while sony alone its on 15 and sony ericson 20-s???
think of it. se did not didnt have 5 mp phone.the question is when is se relaese their 5mp ? when nokia does have 8 mega pixel? today nokia introduced its mobile tv phone ...
from what i saw the keypad are lifted, and its not just sony your looking at its say the brand is SONY>>>ERICCSON.It has a ericcson on it hmmmm....
Sony Ericsson Is always dominant to nokia in music and camera (no question about it....
N95 battery sucks, and i think everyone knows about it....
And carl zeiss is present in sony ericsson k850i so the camera is going to rock.
The only problem with sony ericsson is this mobiles not support any symbian based softwares and games.
But if you want to listen good music and like to shoot photo them go for sony ericsson blindly.
Best of luck.
chek it out...the real final specs :D it has 16M colors...promise
Hi, I like this phone too much. But i really impress one thing about sound quality. So i would like to know how is the sound quality of this phone and when did the phone arrive into the market? Thanks.
Black is beautiful,Optimus Prime has landed. The successor of the legendary k750 is here. The k850,leader of the Sony Ericsson mobile phone squad.Welcome 2 the k850.
Yo. when this phone come out in EUR?
and also will it have step counter. calourie counter for losing wait.
This phone must be great but i've thinking about the sound quality maybe its not that good because i have k810 and its (72channels) its not loud and very cheap... i dont know if anyone have this phone to tell me was the sound quality is loud or no ???
I think SE K850 will be an extension of K800 success story. If Nokia fans excused me, I was using Nokia before K800, and I used Nokia after K800 and W850, but no way I can feel comfortable and powerful like SE. It is enough when you press a button and get the thing on the spot not like Nokia that it takes long time to show you the screen.
