You're right about multicore b... moreThat's what I was trying to tell you: neocore doesn't take cpu into account, while in reality processing will involving cpu, gpu and RAM altogether. Hence I dont see neocore (or nenamark1 if you had tried it) is a reliable test to judge a phone's performance. (Generally speaking I wont trust any benchmark that much). Real experiences are my concerning.
Btw what kind apps that you're working on, may us know?
The question that matters the most to everyone is: Can I really get that used to using the touchscreen* for typing, so that I can be fast and accurated at it as I am on a physical 1-9 T9 keyboard??
*good capacitive touchscreen with (obviously) virtual qwerty, or preferable T9 config.
That is one of my biggest worries when trying to finaly decide to buy an touchscreen smartphone. Because I've tried typing on some good touchscreen smartphones (Galaxy Note, and Galaxy 3) and no matter how good I tried to config them, I couldn't get fast nor accurated typing, and it was such a horrible stressful feeling.
I have started to think I'm never going to use those nice smartphones :(
As I never used those phones I'm used to typing on phones with keyboards like SE W810's for example. And, as usual, it's very easy, fast, accurated, non-stressful and fun!
So, please, please!! Help me figure out whether or not I could get to be that good at typing on touchscreen smartphones! You, the ones who are used to them and understood me, can give me a valuable answer. Please :,)
Thanks in advance, and excuse my dramatic speaking u.u

Is this phone bad with its price, it os and its powerful chipset?? Of course not ! You can check that by viewing other phones in that price range!

You're right about multicore but this is in a relation with the gpu ( remember what is the fps processing unit!) and varies with the screen resolution! read the play store's comments in the neocore page of the SG3 users!
jean_mohd formerly, 24 Jul 2012The gs3 doesn't score 59.9 fps on neocore by the way!I read someone posted his stock GS III's score in androlib website, scores may different due to the RAM usage or downloaded apps. Other posts like neo v scores 59.3, Galaxy Nexus 57.9 and not working on Galaxy Nexus Jelly Bean. I noticed that neocore doesn't seem to give any advantage to multicore chipsets. What do you think?

Technology is really changing very fast example:- Mobile phones... moreYeah. Technology is quickly evolving. And so are online services, web sites content, video quality, 3g-4g requirements, Operative Systems, etc. A quad core smartphone may be more capable to handle those improvements much better than a single core one. But, If I had a single core smartphone (like this good lww) and I'd feel pleased with it regarding general performance at a reasonable heavy usage, then a quad core smartphone, like Galaxy 3, wouldn't urge me at all.
But, if they didn't COST that much and my currently exigencies of performance power urge me to, I would give it a chance. Not for fashion but for pure necessity.
Anonymous, 24 Jul 2012Even SGS III scores 59.9 fps in neocore, means that LwW is more powerful than SGS III ..? ... moreIn antutu this phone was so powerful even in nenamark. 2 and 1 this one is powerful due to its chipset!! Even on quadrant! The s3 has a quad Core but 1.4 only!! With a much bigger screen so the chipset and the screen of the lww makes the power!! Check the full review to be sure from that, the lww with many benchmarks beats nexus and HTCs!!

Neocore is OpenGL ES 1.1 performance benchmark, from many results I've seen the screen resolution will affect to the scores. To get more fair comparison use NenaMark2 for OpenGL ES 2.0 performance benchmark to see where this phone's graphic performance stands compare to others. (NenaMark2, not NenaMark1)
