Please go down the thread you will see a lot opinions already written down
the size is actually perfect, well maybe if it is thinner and lighter it will be perfect, but the width and the length is i think perfect since anything smaller will sacrifice the nice "big" screen for a smartphone with handwriting recognition capabilities... all the PDAs with handwriting recognition capabilities are HUGE compared with the P900... if you have tried watching a full-length movie on the P900 you will certainly appreciate the screen, by the way, the P900 screen is bigger compared to 6600, 3650 and 7650... it is the same size with the nokias when the p900 is in FC (flip close) :)
I want your opinion,which phone is the best:lg u8150,siemens Sx1,se P900 and nec e616?
a very good and beautiful mobile which has the functions of the all latest mobiles but with only a single problem that is the size and dimensions. By reducing the size or simply reducing the dimensions, p900 can be the best among all the available mobiles
Treo 600 is for losers who do not know how to compare products correctly... this one has the worst screen you can ever have in smartphone, plus it is bigger and heavier, and the look at that antenna! it looks like barrowed form older ericsson phones (T39m)
You guys should try the Treo 600!!!
Much better PIM OS, more apps, good keyboard, energy efficient color screen (not as large as the P900), and slimmer.
By many account the Treo T600 is a hit. Conversely, this P900 seems like a niche product.
I got this the first week it came out and it's great. I used to be a Nokia fan, but it seems SE is coming out with more interesting and more fresh phones. It has a ton of features and it comes with a crap load of accessories. I agree with Basse, the battery lasts longer than what it is listed. All of you Nokia midgets should get over it and admit this is a great phone. Don't like it, don't buy it.
@ sick cow,
if you really want a "smartphone" and you got the money to spend, compare the P900 with the P800 or the xda2 because i believe the 6600 can not be compared with Px00 since, 6600 has no touch screen.... like what it has been said, compare apples with apples, not with lemons...
Plz guyz can some of u people help me decide !!
which should i buy, the P900 or the nokia 6600 !!
taking into concideration the products all together points !!
I mean don't just say what you have to say based on the price or anythin !!
aight ? thx
this is the perfuct phone , compined between two big company , sony and ericsson , we can say, the bist. but I heard buttery live only two days . is this thrue please replay . and one things missing ,Edge technology not supprted with this high price and one more important thing , is it support middle east languages or not . many week points.
I can tell you, that the batteri time shown here, is not wright. The real batteri time is: Std.by: 400 hours - Talk time: 14 hours. So it is much better then mentionend. Btw: SE is the best phone-brand by far, and Samsung only makes cute little girly foldable phones. This i a real phone with INCREDIBLE features! The best buy on the market!
EDGE is 3G for networks who haven't got a 3G licence. I doubt you'll see it in the UK as O2, Vodafone, Orange, and T-Mobile all have 3G licences (as far as I know). So do '3', but then you already knew that!
this phone's battery only lasts 2 days under normal usage. the battery is crap. what a waste of money
whoa.. this phone is PACKED with features...pretty pricy tho.. atleast not like the samsung SPHP705 which is £1199.99!!
Edge is like GPRS but faster.Your phone must support this technology to use it.Nokia is making this networks...
I can call cell phones anyway I want, and as for me, I sort of take care all of my gadgets- as in a "baby", if you do not know how to care of your "babies", i do not give a hoot, so it is just my expression, got it, baby...
BOOM why do you keep referring to this phone 'baby'? It's not a baby.
It's ok, but it's a bit plasticky and not a patch on a decent phone/PDA combination. You look a bit of an arse with it pressed to the side of your head, and alongside the current crop of IPAQs, it looks about as sleek as a milk-float. Still, a good all-rounder.
