Neil, 05 Jan 2010I bought this phone just over 13 months back. LAst week I noticed there was a problem with the... more i think the best thing to do is get yourself a new phone.Get a nokia,the best there is and the best there was.

this phone sucks. everytime i try to play, it gets frozen. i have 2 take the battery out so it keeps on working! plus battery sucks AND i can't use songs as ringtones, it just FRIZZES! do NOT buy this cellphone
