unfortunately for audio-ignaramuses, the best headphones out there are WIRED. talk about UltimateEars, Sennheisers, Etymotics.. never would they sacrifice audio output for that a2dp connectivity. obviously you havent experienced the sound quality of any of these headphones can give you, and it doesnt matter how many generations ahead your a2dp is because bluetooth headsets can NEVER equal the SOUND QUALITY of WIRED headsets.
no self respecting audiotechnica will ever use a2dp for serious muzeek.

The lack of a 3.5mm jack does annoy me, but my satio's headphone's quality are superb and kind of make up for the inconvienence. I've bought some bluetooth headphones so this won't bother me for long. The wires are the same as any other wires.
Big? Well, the Satio fits comfortably in my hand, but i do see spaces where the screen could have been larger to take up the unused space, or the phone could have been made smaller. It is remarkably light and makes up for some of the size.
Screen is fairly responsive. It lacks the ease of the Iphone but it is fast enough for the average user. I'm a patient person so I don't mind double tapping at times.
Hope that helped. Cheers
Some people are saying the video quality is poor but looking at you tube it looks not bad and if i am right you tube knocks some of the quality off videos by the time is decoded or whatever they do with them after upload.

This phone is like Samsung Omnia HD. Everyone is talking about it because it is new and big, but next year its price will drop by 50 % and many phones will beat this one. Better buy a mid range phone (Samsung Jet, Nokia 5800...)and save your money for something really useful...
I bought the satio today (Belgium at 529 euros)in black. The screen is very responsive, but to open something in the menu you have to push twice like al the symbian touch phones nokia 5800 and samsung omnia HD.
It's very user-friendly, and in no time I arranged my stuf, like standby screen, favorites, contacts...
The earphones are in one piece (no adapter) and are not in-ears.
There is a 8 gb sd card included.

keep countdown bro...
To all those who happen to have this phone. I'm considering it. This or the N86. I'd appreciate it if you answered a few questions.
1. I was really disappointed to see this thing doesn't have a 3.5 mm jack. But does it have at least an adapter in the retail package? 'Cause opinions are split. Some reviewers said it does, some it doesn't. AND are the wires uncomfortable when listening to music?
2. How big do you feel this phone is? I mean, it's almost as big as the iPhone, but it has right corners, so it might feel even bigger.
3.How responsive is the screen? Again, opinions are split. Some say it works like a breeze, others that they need to push several times to do a particular thing.
I'd be glad to get some answers from some Satio owners. Thanks.
i love this phone.....is it available in Maldives...? I want to buy it

idou, 23 Oct 2009Dear Albert,
Satio was launched officially yesterday. According to the news in mobile88.com... morethe ´fake´promise is the standard operation !!!!
There are a few announcements moths after months - finally after about a year the model start to be released in a few countries.
Finally, at the time when the model is totally outdated it is released on all markets ---- see X1!!!!!
By that time, in most developed countries the model is offered FREE with a cheap contract - since the model is outdated it is not wanted by the mass.
