Hmmm?, 21 Oct 2009Can i know how much is this phone in KL ?? Pls kindly reply me . TY ^^Malaysia SRP for Satio is RM2499.
I used to be an se fan but they are nothing but losers! They take a whole year to release their powerhouse which in real market terms is both outdated and outclassed and still dont put up much competition:p.
And lets not forget the shameless price tag!
nicky, 21 Oct 2009I like your style bro =) keep it that way..With pleasure.

u got unconscious!
OH! IT is just available
long life se.
All samsung and nokia fans who came in satio foroum are stupid because they think se fans beleive their stupid comments about satio. They say that se phones are not good but they claim that have bought atio and their experience has been terrible with it.Every body knows that nokia cant compete with se in camera quality. The best nokia phones are only 5 meg pix while se has some 8 and recently 12 meg pix camera phones.by the way the quality of a 3.2 meg pix se can beat a 5 meg pix nokia easily.and about amsung every body knows that samsung is a crap camera manufacture and nobody tends to buy a samsung camera instead of sony.meanwhile if se is bad why you are hear?beacause your foroums are empty of mobile users.
Im not interested in satio very much because of its high price and symbian Os and also its appearance is not very attractive for me.But I know its the best phone available in the world now.If someone there is someone who doesnt accept my opinion tell me what phone is better of satio and doesnt have any weakness?
Delta, 21 Oct 2009Finally I have touched Satio as it has been launched in Bahrain week ago and the price around ... morey dont u go to fakhro n tell them to make a new phone for u .. if ya dont like it dont buy it .. i bought it n it doesnt look cheap man .. if u like it u will buy it not find excuses simple

Terminator, 21 Oct 2009Oh my God why a so large gap in price between countries? UAE=820$ Egypt=900$ Lebanon=650$ ... moreyou can buy satio on e-bay here in spain for as little as 480 euro from great britan(hope i spelt that right) but the average price is around 580 to 620 euros but have seen one with "buy now" option for 480.dude,if i had the money.....
se has always been good in their camera clearity and sound clearity
plus their phones luks amazeen nokia phones on the other hand luks like any other normal phone tho nokia also is good but sony takes the lead in cams i feel in my opinion u cud compare this phone with the n900 but i dont liek nokias as i foudn them to be slow.. im using the idou its my 4th day with the cell and have had no problems aplications run fast cam is very clear... in short this phones awsume
Finally I have touched Satio as it has been launched in Bahrain week ago and the price around $810 but couldn’t test it yet. My concern is the side buttons that look very cheap compare to the previous versions of SE for example K850i.
Ive just got this phone and it doesnt seem to have flash as stated in the above review. Anybody know anything about this. Weather I need to upgrade the software? Has anybody else got one? noticed?
Satio review : Overall
i cant say this is only a cameraphone but a smartphone with an exellent walkman audio quality and gaming. this phone suport OPENGL ES 2.0 with omap 3430 and also this is the first nHD gaming phone.
Camera is very good though not the best, if there is the other phones can be better than this but it doesnt mean satio camera quality is bad.Fortunetly, this phone is a smartphone which make this phone perfect.
video : Video on the other hand, speaks for itself really. Satio is a king of VGA recorders. Videos are absolutely smooth and very clear. The amount of details is outstanding (well, 3.6MBPS bitrate explains it really :) ) BTW, bitrate used to be 4MBPS in earlier firmwares, however I think it was a good step to decrease it, as it saves battery life AND I didn’t notice any decrease in quality :)(Source :Marzukwic)
Battery : Ok, so when it comes to actual battery life, in y opinion 1000mAh Lithium-Polymer battery Sony Ericsson has supplied us with is 100% sufficient. It will allow you to use your phone for about 2-3 days of medium use. When you are a type that uses the phone all the time, for taking pictures, calling, listening to music, browsing the internet, then you can expect a full day, but no more than that. Unless to use your phones extremely hardly, you shouldn’t run of of power during the day.
If you use your phone moderately (like me), the phone should last a day and a half (for example I don’t do much calling :P ). Nevertheless, I still recommend charging your phone daily overnight.
Anyway, you shouldn’t run of of power during the day, as most reviewers are suggesting. This is 100% black marketing. And if you really are an extreme user – you watch few movies a day, you shot a lot of videos and you play 3D games all the time, then yes, you will have to carry CPP-100 or a spare battery with you :P But that would be the case with ANY device I think.
P.S. Battery life is FAR better than iPhones. Sony Ericsson uses some (unknown to me) software tweaks to improve the battery life. I think everyone will agree they they are the market leader when it comes to battery life. And I believe there more to it than just high quality Lithium-Polymer batteries (everyone else uses Lithium-Ion). Just look at some mid-range Nokia device, and mid-range Sony Ericsson.. with same battery capacity and also very similar set of features. Sony Ericsson is FEW times better when it comes to battery life, but as I said, I don’t know the details of the tweaks they use :)
Nevertheless, once again, Sony Ericsson didn’t disappoint us when it comes to battery life :) (and not only with that ;) )
Screen : The screen itself is excellent. 3.5inch, nHD resolution is only one part of the spec. Manufactured by Sony, is the other part. Sony has always been, and will always be a market leader when it comes to picture quality. Satio only proves it. I’d say the screen is better than on OmniaHD, even though (in theory) older technology is used. The only drawback is that it’s a bit less bright, but it is definitely bright enough, particularly on full settings.
There are only 4 buttons on Satio, and all are very solid and responsive. They are not fiddling around at all.
Music : exellent!!
Many SE haters always complain satio because it doesnt support 3.5 mm jack, actually the complain is only for them, their problem and not for SE fans coz SE fan can buy SE headset which is great!! and also Satio user can buy a converter to support 3.5mm jack.
Satio is great except for SE hater
