Too bad I won't be able to afford it!
XPERIA 600$+ (Initial price 800$+)
And by the time IDOU gets released, Apple will have the new iPhone, Samsung their new uberphone, Palm their Pre, HTC their upgraded Diamonds and Touch HDs, and Nokia all of their amazing (at least they seem so from Nokia's 2009 plan) touchscreen phones!
Sony Ericsson, please release this in 2009 summer at the last and keep the price below 750$!!!
12 Mpx camera sounds good but what cameraphones really need is BETTER FLASHES. Indeed 99% of people won't use the extra definition a 12 mpx provides over a 5 mpx (and it'll eat up more memory space and slow transfer speeds) WE NEED MUCH MORE POWERFUL FLASHES with the option to force them in daylight (for backlit subjects or faces in the shade). When the flash is sorted then we can improve lens quality and offer an optical zoom
this phone is actually has an hd recording capabilities and much better than samsun omniahd look! this phone has actually an 1080i for 27 fps and 720p for 30fps
No news from se. . .seems it freeze..i think the idou launching is a joke...even at mwc,se only show the dummy phone...i think it's just strategy to get people attention...when it comes,,lg and sammy 12mp cam has come to the market
what is the memory capacity of internal and external of that phone?
Sony will also commercialize "IU060F" lens module with 12.25 effective megapixel resolution equipped with lens and auto focus functions, this module is the industry's smallest and thinnest in their class.
And with the launch of "IU060F" lens module, Sony will seek to enhance the enjoyment of taking high quality images using camera enabled mobile phones.
You see, Sony do not always rely on others to manufacture their lenses. After all, Sony is an innovator, and with Ericsson as a partner, this duo is an envy of the competition.
Oh boy... 12.1 Mpix...?
Its 'KAMEHAME' from SE to his competitors ...
By the way.. How about Cyber-shot?
Is it will came out with 15Mpix?..:-P
This is the best phone ever.
