the worst phone i have ever seen/used

my uncle bought me this phone. at first, it was okay. but after i used this phone for a while, it started making problems. i can't send any messages and receive blank message..few days after the phone was fixed, the screen started to go blank..once again i got this phone fixed, but the same problems happened..now, i just let the phone unfixed because i had already spent much money on this phone just to get it fixed..

Hey my advice to anybody who wants to buy ths phone....DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!!Its the worst phone ever,the second day i got it,it started saying "out of memory" when i tried to reply to any message!Its disgusting...On a scale of 1-10,I would rate it as a minus ten..(ps-could anyone tell me how to sue sony ericsson?)

User reviews are very, uhm what is the right term.. not so good about this phone.. Actually I almost bought this fone but fortunately, my hands and head go for zylo when i handled the zylo dummy at SE center.
I guess you can sue SE for selling a Bad product?
