apparently i have this phone from jan 2011, i am not too happy with it,
good things:
sleek, music player is good, display is good for a phone in this price range (thats it)
bad :
-internal memory only 5mb!!!!!
-always shows "out of memory" when we try to create a message or read a new message,so to read,i would have to got to the inbox everytime and open the message from there, and if u wanna create a message, we would have to restart the phone, which takes abr 20-25 mins to start up (shows "please wait")!!!!
-camera is useless,
-if u have quite a few messages in inbox, and u happen to be scrolling thru, it hangs, so i hav to keep deleting messages,
-this phone has a concept of "conversation" in the messages, iritating and redundant thing, dunno why such things are needed, in a phone with only 5 mb internal memory.
-recently i hav been facing the problem of the phone hanging too much and restarting many times.
-now my phone is in the service center because, this phone was manufactured with a different software version and the above issues are due to the software mismatch, so the software needs to be updated.
i would strictly say NO to anyone planning on buying this phone,there are much better basic phones available. the basic functionalities in this phone are always a prob, so save ur money for something else better.

Please please please .. never buy Spiro. It keeps hanging all the time and you need to restart it to make it functional again. You also get problems like "Out of Memory" while trying to navigate through messages and while applying a theme even you have enough memory. Trust me this phone is just a hole in your pocket.

RAMANI, 04 Aug 2011I got new mobile at Merina Mall in KUWAIT.its totally waste phone model..coz i insert 8GB memo... more3GP was primarily designed for 3G phones, but this phone is not 3G. Do the specs say it support 3GP video?

I got new mobile at Merina Mall in KUWAIT.its totally waste phone model..coz i insert 8GB memory card and 6 GB of video,2 gb of Audio songs.when i play the video(all 3GP)the phone has hang...i could not off/stop/move to any point.i should remove the battery and reinsert battery then will be working.meantime this model is WALKMAN??? stupid operating system by Sony!

The h/s is a waste as its internal memory is just 5.1mb and ypu'll e to update the software every week. is there any way we can increase the memory.

its worst phne i had seen ever.......before every operation in that phne...simply it jusT says "OUT OF MEMORY"...messaging n theme setting is very diffficult in this mobile
