Kindly help me out with how o solve Sony ericsson t100 "No NEtwork" problem, with hardware diagram and theoretically
I've been using this phone for almost 2 years. At the start, the battery was awesom. Lasted me for at least 5 days before charging. Due to age, it lasts about 3 days. However, I find problems with the keys, as it lags and it's frustrating especially when you need to send a quick sms but I've got used to it. There's also some connection problem with the charger, I need to plug and unplug it several times till it reads that it is being charged. This phone sometimes refuses to start. I need to fiddle around with the battery before it can switch on. Otherwise, when the phone is 'alive', I have no problems. I need to charge it before the battery 'dies'.
I've had this phone for almost two years. It has an elegant look and performance is not bad for the price range it is in. Battery life is ok, you can often make a call or two even when it says it's empty.
Only two bad things about it: if you ever drop it, the SIM holder might get a bit loose and it resets every now and then; and my original battery died after one year --it wouldn't last more than one day and would shut down in the middle of a call--, but replacement was inexpensive.
I have this set realy very smart show piece but when I Want to use it always showing "SOS Call only " soit is good for sos call only or as show peice
This is the worst phone ever!! Bad reception, no signal when I'm inside my house, I always have to keep it on the table, or near a window!. When the battery is low you can't be heard and you have to yell to be understood... Should I continue? ... the only adventage is that is light, other than that, i couldn't find any other adventage.
I've used this phone for 18 months and i have discovered that its quite good. Battery holds 4 days but when it's low I could not use the phone because it hangup, bad GSM reception, good sound during calls and very simple and easy to use menus.
Bougth T100 last November, dead on last July. No power, mem full, auto shutdown etc.. a piece of crap this!
I think this phone uniquely stands out as the worst phone in the universe. I have used phones as nokia (3210,3510i, 6610& 6600), Motorola (v3688, c350 & Mpx 200),and this SonyEricsson (t100). I insist that this is a horrible phone. Its battery lasts for a day that includes 15 minutes of talk. The reception is horrible to the extent that after owning this phone for a while, your friends will start to think that you hang up on them and blame the damn phone (hangs up frequently). Oh… (the best part) sometimes after a long day with no calls, you start to wonder if you missed a call or two and when you look at the phone it proudly says “insert sim”!!!
Excellent phone, buy it now and have fun!
You do all realise that the network reception isn't anything to do with the phone, its the provider. This phone is the most stable phone ive used, no nokia screen jibberish, no t610 hang, no z600 hang. The whole point of the phone is that its aimed at students with low funds ie has no colour screen or camera - go buy a camera if thats what you primarily use it for.
it's my mobile...so it's GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
its a crap phone. no COLOUR. we need to have a phone dat actaully has colour. if u dont even have a phone dat has colour den u r considered as cheap. its a cheap fone.
This was the first gsm phone i ever had, I didn't buy it though, it's unreliable when it comes to reception. It's light weight and slim body makes it attractive but it really lacks features.
what is the point of having this phone. it is stupid. it has no colour so its not even thought about buying. buy a phone with actual colour, not a cheap blue screen phone. there are alot of cheap people around here
I had 5 Phones,3 nokia and 2 sony e.and this is my most sturdy phone ever!its slim and light so its perfect for people who hate large heavy phones.Nice on SE!
The phone looks cool and the leters on the buttons can be seen no matter how much you type as they are not written above, but below the transparent buttons (nice touch!).It feels quite comfortable to type. The phone is light and the battery (which is surprisingly small) can last up to 4 days. Actually mine lasts 4 days even with intensive calling(orriginal battery - it's been 1.5 years now). The screen is nice and also the shape looks fine. Now to the BAD points. It does not show who's calling.Actually it shows, but only for a brief moment, then it shows the number and then it asks stupidly Answer!? Answer what?, I might say, as I often look at the screen too late to see who's calling. BAD habbit for this SE T100! The next bad thing is that it tends to hang up pretty often (say once a month).I have to remove the battery in order to be able to restart it. Also it happens to say nothing when somebody is calling and he who's calling hears that I'm not reachable(I live in the capital-full signal strangth allways, everywhere). If he manages to contact me, I find that my phone is actually dead and is not answering my keypresses.Again, I remove the battery. Last thing, the alarm is pretty strange it rings one day sooner than the day is actually set, so I have to set it one day in advance. Crap. So bad points are heavier than the good ones. Don't buy it! I suffer to say this, but...this is life. I really like it, but...
I've been using the T100 for the past 2 years but the battery doesn't last and my Nos. 1,3,9 are not working right now I cannot use. Its down even replacedthe battering yet no luck
The Best set one can have..... slim and gr8 looking and very stylish as well.......
This phone is cute but sucks in the network area. gr8 service for past 2 yrs. however changing over to a p900 now.
Had my T100 for the past 2years. Very stylish best part is its size. However, the battery is very poor as it needs charging after a fone call. My number 1 button is giving me problems recently, other than dat i really like the T100 but its time I moved on & bort myself a panasonic x200
