Even though it's been released for almost 2 years now, it's still a solid performer with plenty bells and whistles to compete with the newer ones. The camera, bluetooth, and IrDA features make it practical and fun to use. At 95g it's still one of the smaller phones on the market. Con? Lack of speaker phone, that's the only thing I can think of. For those of you how think the camera sucks, get a digital camera and stop using a phone to take pictures!

This phone is sleek,simple enough for business users-without the needs to carry bricks to the meeting rooms.Memory is small, but again, you dont need too many thrash inside your mobile.Bluetooth and GPRS are working superbly.Camera-come on, better stick to digicam than relying on your mobile.This phone works wonderfully with HB600 headset.
Glitches: sometimes it is too slow.

This phone is good for people who just want a functional phone. There are so many downsides to it that make it NOT something you would want to buy now when its a year old.
-The screen scratches, lint gets in pretty much every little hole (camera, reciever).
-The ringtone fades in so you barely even get to hear it because you have answered it by the time its at full volume if you have vibrate on too.
-It freezes on me. It has frozen about 7 times in the 10 months ive had it.
-camera SUX - its almost not even worth having a camera on it. what was SE thinking.
-not a lot of memory..so if you like to game (java), you wont have a lot of space for ringtones or pics.
-customizing it (faceplates/buttons) are a bitch to install. you have to get a torx AND even with that, it's still really hard to snap off the top part of the rear cover. so if you're into customization, this might not be for you
-WORST OF ALL
the sim card is BARELY held in and since my phone is slightly more used, it has gotten even looser so my simcard LOSES CONNECTION. it does this on average once every 2 days. the phone also has begun to randomly shut down, although it has been a rare occurence.
on the bright side, the phone is durable - I have dropped it about 4 times on cement and nothing broke.
they consider this a gaming phone. that is the only thing I have seen this phone to be good at. buy it to play games (and you must really have no life if you buy a phone to keep you entertained) but don't buy it to have a cool phone...because it's not.

Whoever sais its got limited functions have their head up their ass. This thing has so many functions. If you want games and music then get a gameboy and a cd player.

well those ppl who r not satisfied with the camera on this piece of crap... aside from getting a digital camera, if u want a cell phone with a good quality camera, get a Nokia series 60 symbian smartphone instead of this trash. i have 1 & it's better than any SE dirt. BTW my cousin has a SE t630 & was soooo disappointed with the camera quality he returned it & got a Nokia 6600.

this is my own opinion....people would usually buy phones with good camera..if the camera is not very good but installed with good functions..it might not really attract people as they would see the quality of the camera first. sony erricson must have good camera toooo.its functions are cool..just lack of good camera
