my t700 has been reprogrammed for a couple of times i think 3-4 time,at first it will work but then after a week the problem occured, it's still no network coverage. what should i do?

t700 is a gud phone,its camera and finishing is good,but its battery is weak,while using in edge the speed ain't gud,but in 3g gud.
