Even use java program to solve soft reset
Yes it solve problem, but i have to use it.
Do you think normal or good software for mobile phone
need that memoryup pro to prevent soft reset?
so Question is ?
My problems with T700 (software latest) is rubbish ?
Why do i need to use memoryup pro while play music
I am SE user for sure, but this T700 is made bad software

T700 is my 6 (six) models of SE that I have used
Never found problems like these before for SE
If you are not facing your problem yet...
Just try to play music "continuos" for 1 hours or over.
Just try to do something in menu, then press shortcut key
Last, in my country, many people more than 20 persons post same problmes in local webboard.
They even send T700 back to fix at SE shop,
but same problmes again still there ?
why --> because of software version

SE User , 04 Mar 2009 *** Sell this phone *** *** Do not buy T700 *** I am using T700 for 2 months and 14 da... morehmm mine has no problems at all except speakers is very cracky because is very slim so what can u expect it. Please think twice before u post it correctly. i been using for a month and is ok with me. I still like it ok. Be fair to others and anything just post here. Enough of rubbish comments!!!

hey people i want to have a cellphone which has a good camera atleast 3.2mp with autofocus and sound quality should be amazing.my range is uptil 12000-15000.
when i see nokia n73 music edition i can't find better features then it but its old and bulky.
which one should i prefer nokia n73 music edition or sony t700 or any other

I am using T700 for 2 months and 14 days

Software version is latest ! (4 March 2009)
I using SEUS, hope to solve problem but...still:
Problems are:
- Soft reset while using bluetooth headset SE HBH-740
T700 is SE and my bluetooth is still SE
Compatible problems ! No ! but T700 suc--k
- Have to use Java "memoryup, pro version"
If i plan to listen music or radio for a while !
- Sound Recorder records "zzzz" with my voice
I means you will hear "zzzzzz" sound !
It sounds like "low quality recorder"
My old K510 + K550 never has this problem
- Sometime I access menu and select something then...
"Shortcut Key" will not work anymore...!!!
I have to restart T700 to get "Shortcut key" back
- And sometimes if bluetooth headset lost connection
I connect it again but !!!
...T700 showns "bluetooth devices connecting"
.....and hand like that !!!
...... I wait for 10 minute still like that...
......So I have to remove battery ! and start again
Good things, of course:
- thin, look stylish, low weight
- good camera

Ya its nice looking slim phone but while playing music it gets hanged and goes to switched off mode .... the problem coming on daily basis ...and one more thing within 1 month its loosing its cosmetic(color) and sony ericsson doesnt take any responsibility on that ..so please be careful i m using it..

Can T700 record a call? (By whatever application). Review says that it has Voice recorder and DictaPhone (which "sadly can't record a call").

I have this phone for a month and was really good. i have no problems so recommend as it is good in many ways. Good in features except speakers are very cracky when it is on maximum volume but everything is ok. If got anything then email me at boonsiong0109@yahoo.com.sg (Mine is black and sliver)

I have brand new Sony Aricson T700 phone , if i go to setting menu and cheked ringer i... morehii,
I also faced the same problem.
Just give the phone to service centre where they will forward it to the complany for repairing.
the problem is not with the software instead the problem is with the motherboard.

Review says that it has Voice recorder and then - DictaPhone (which "sadly can't record a call"). - But most of SE phones (which have no DictaPhone) as usual can record a call with Voice memo application. So there's a question - can T700 record a call? (By whatever application).

I got this phone for a week now. I was disappointed with the speakers, its not as loud and clear, features are pretty much the same as my 2 year old K610i. I still have to get used to holding it because it's very thin. But then again, this looks really sleek and cool. Everyone loves how it looks.

The T700 is a sleek phone packed with some great features for about 11600 INR.
Cons:
- The loudspeaker is just thrash.
- Vulnerable as it is very fragile n delicate and has an exposed camera lens.
- Doesn't support Symbian S60 applications (any symbian for that matter)
- Smaller screen size compared to N73/N79
- I haven't yet figured out on how to swap between multiple applications running at the same time.
Yet its a very good phone in its price range.
