I Live in Nassau Bahamas and i own a V800. I can make calls but i cannot receive calls on the phone.I am using a prepaid GSM card. I cant even put time on the phone,i cannot access my voicemail.Can someone tell me is there something i need to do? Thank you.

this model sucks! plagued with software problems, such as powering down by itself, phone locking up and only way to reset is to take battery out, etc. watch out!

Ive flashed to to the Z800i firware-it is much better inc battery life,camera, mp3 etc...One thing though, i am a Voda customer and although i can access Vodafone live, i can no longer get video services from live like video news or music videos!!! does anyone have any suggestions?

yay i just got my v800 with z800i firmware off ebay. I totally love it. its soo beautiful. I dunno if its jelously but i have already recieved comments like "oh its bulky"....im like :(
hrmm still trying to figure everything out..but overall this phone is kewl as and has awesome features

the feature says that it has 72channels polyphonic..does it mean that its music is better than w800 coz this one only has 42 channels?

Hi guys, I have V800 currently bought from Japan and our using it in in Fiji Islands in the South Pacific Islands, on Vodafone Fiji Network. It seems to pick up the network but c'nt seem to make/recieve calls or txt. HAve checked the barrings, all deactivated, set the network to GSM. Still unsuccessful. Could anyone please help, would be most appericative!

Do you have to turn up the volume using the side buttons every time you want to listen to a ringtone, or is it just my phone?

Pros: Stylish; easy to use; good features all round.
Cons: Takes Memory Stick rather than SD card.
