hey guys I'm having SE vivaz for about 2 weeks and i have to say it's awesome. i was worried about the lack of a proximity sensor but the phone is totally ok during calls. i didn't experience any unwanted touch during calls. except for the battery cover (it's got a small limp) everything is ok. camera contrast could be a little more. touch feedback is very nice. cpu performance is fast and satisfying. im happy i bought this phone.
The sound whilst recording video is soooooo quiet. Is there anyway to make it louder without actually having to shout into the phone?

i havethis phone now for a few days so ill give my comments thus far.. -first what i like,,compact,,very light and thin..fast..little to no lag,,camera seems good,,touch input is responsive,,battery life is good,,...what i dont like,,,symbian os looks old now, compared to other os,,signal strenth a bit dodgy,,music player is garbage,,no settings for sound quality,,loudspeaker is garbage,,,internal memory is pathetic,,,,,But i do like it!!its how the nokia 5800 should have been ,,allthough the 5800 has a far,far better music player ,,if nokia have got right with the X6' i think it would be a better buy........conclusion....a litte bit of a dissapointment.....But it looks cool
Anonymous, 10 Apr 2010in real world, all those features will never be use. in real world, most people buy phone base... moreActually I used it a lot, I had a lot of pics in my K800. Pics/vids of my wife, my family, my baby girl and I love to see it again and again. It's perfect 4 candid, 'cause u can't always bring ur digicam/camcorder anytime anywhere.
For those who already own a Vivaz...
Does this have the Code Memo in the Menu like the
older SE model? It's an important feature for me
so I want to know. Thanks In Advance...
Im actually targeting for Vivaz and Xperia X10, but i couldn't make make up my mind...im main concern is the headphone music quality and the camera quality...i wish to choose either one of them which suites me more...please give me some advice...thanks...
in real world, all those features will never be use. in real world, most people buy phone base on price so this sony ericsson will have a hard time selling this phone againts nokia and samsung simply because its more expensive.
